Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility is to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within the target market

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth

• Negotiate and close business deals with clients

• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services

• Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the business

• Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly

• Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Proven track record of successful business development or sales experience

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable products
• Participate in code reviews, and design discussions to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge
• Pair with team members for functional and non-functional requirements to write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, and maintainable code.
• Help to define roadmap and architecture based on technology and business needs
• Understand business requirements and work closely with the business to provide solutions

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in Backend Python Development with skills to create APIs, integrate the functions into UI, and store and retrieve data from a variety of databases.
• Strong experience with Django/Flask.
• Strong experience in writing unit tests.
• B.Tech/B.E (Preferred CSE)

Senior Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails, ReactJS) - Mirafra Technologies

We are looking for a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. Full stack developers are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.

Full stack developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail. They are expected to have experience in building web and API based application platforms

Educational Qualification :

            B.E. / B.Tech / from top tier IITs/NITs with at least 4-6 years of experience in full stack  development for Web Applications

Overview :

            Opportunity to work as a Software developer for a content based Progressive Web App in the ed-tech industry. This platform enables creation and consumption of stories in multiple languages with the use of technology to scale creation as well as providing users with content suggestions based on their reading preferences. The project entails development of new features and deployment using a CI/CD model based on requirements from the product team.

The responsibilities would include:

• Developing front end website architecture.
• Designing user interactions on web pages.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.

Must have:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel
• Complete understanding of ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.
• Preceding experience with ReactJS workflows like Redux, Create React App, data structure libraries
• Strong understanding of Javascript, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, Ruby and Ruby on Rails

• Experience with Cloud services, web servers, load balancers, auto scaling of architecture would be preferred
