Key Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in crafting intuitive, scalable, and delightful digital products. The ideal candidate is confident with tools like Figma, has worked in a fast-paced environment (agency/startup), and is comfortable with both collaboration and ownership.

• Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI for SaaS platforms, B2B dashboards, and consumer-facing applications.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, developers, and PMs (including IIT alumni) to shape end-to-end product journeys.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create, maintain, and evolve design systems and reusable UI components.
• Work with developers to ensure seamless design handoffs and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Present ideas and design solutions confidently to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Stay up to date with UI trends, frameworks, and new design tools.

Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a design agency or tech product company.
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and responsive design.
• Portfolio demonstrating real-world projects and design thinking process.
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Overflow — animation skills are a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Collaborative attitude, willingness to take feedback, and a growth mindset.

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. 2. Calling 65-70 leads everyday 3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents) 4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark trial Classes 5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections 6. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (3L revenue per month) 7. “Go the extra mile” to drive sale

Roles & Responsibilities

• Working closely with founders to develop the entire backend and build out product features at a rapid pace.
• Identifying and driving innovative solutions to address the most critical needs of our customers.
• Work in close collaboration with cross-functional partners in data science, design and frontend functions.
• Solve complex MLOps (model deployment, monitoring, training) challenges.
• Build cost effective and scalable systems.
• Contribute to product development by pitching in with ideas and doing proof-of-concepts.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years of work experience in the industry.
• Experience of domain modelling and deep understanding of distributed systems.
• Proficiency with any part of our technology stack: Golang, Serverless, Event Driven Architectures, NoSql/SQL, Elastic Search, Graphql, Microservice Architecture
• Hands-on experience in using versioning systems like Git.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with automated test suites

What you need to have:

• Negotiating rates with vendors
• Cancelling orders if required
• Coordinating with vendors to meet in store delivery date
• Maintaining in and out sheet and ensuring that all codes, color references, fabric composition/ descriptions are correct
• Managing vendors and sourcing new vendors if required
• Giving approvals on fabric and trims received
• Making sure that we receive PP samples before bulk
• Getting test reports from labs
• Informing the team of any delays, reporting any under/over deliveries we are facing from the vendors and give suggestions/solutions accordingly
• Debiting vendors for delays in deliveries
• Travelling to vendor units to check production
• Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts
• Working with Finance to ensure all invoices are accurate and that the relevant paperwork is processed to allow prompt payments
• Managing internal and external fabric queries/availability/quality issues/shortages
• Managing and updating stock levels on a daily basis ensuring all transfers, deliveries and returns are recorded accurately
• Sending out weekly fabric stock updates to relevant people / departments
• Critical path management

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4+ years’ experience working in a role involving raw material/fabric buying within the same industry
• Good knowledge of block printing, dying, special finishes and extras processes such as washing, mercerisation etc
• Basic understanding of textiles/fabrics and their different traits
• Experience of working with Indian Fabric mills
• Good network of fabric/trim vendors
• Good negotiating skills
• Excellent administration and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and manufacturers
• Excellent Excel skills - ability to create spreadsheets and use basic formulas such as V look up
• Attention to detail, efficiency and ability to work calmly under pressure

Responsibilities

• Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished art by operating the necessary equipment and software.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with clients about layout and design.
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop.
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
