This is a manager of managers role that involves managing multiple scrum teams and overseeing an advanced data platform that analyses audience consumption patterns across various channels like OTT, TV, Radio, and Social Media worldwide. You will be responsible for building and supervising a top-performing data engineering team that delivers data for targeted campaigns. Moreover, you will work with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Kinesis) and other data engineering technologies such as Spark, Scala/Python, Kafka, etc. There may also be opportunities to establish deep integrations with OTT platforms like Netflix, Prime Video, and other.

Job Summary
To lead, develop, and implement strategic branding initiatives to position the organization as the preferred choice for IIT JEE/NEET/Foundation coaching. The Branding Head will drive all aspects of brand development, student connect campaigns, and enrollment-focused communication to improve brand recall, trust, and student acquisition
Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Development
- Define and evolve the brand vision, mission, values, and tone for all verticals: IIT-JEE, NEET, Foundation (6th–10th).
- Establish a consistent brand identity across online and offline platforms.
- Position the brand as a student-focused, result-oriented, and trustworthy coaching institute.
2. Student-Centric Branding Campaigns
- Design innovative campaigns that resonate with students and parents across age groups (8th–10th Std.).
- Leverage motivational storytelling, academic success journeys, and relatable role models.
- Initiate emotional branding that connects with aspirational goals of students and parental trust.
3. School & Foundation Branding Initiatives
- Create and execute specific campaigns targeting middle school (Class 8–10) students.
- Build early engagement through:
- Science and Math quizzes
- Aptitude contests
- Scholarship tests
- Career guidance workshops (with branding recall)
- Collaborate with schools to conduct co-branded events and seminars.
4. Digital & Social Media Branding
- Develop and oversee digital content strategies (videos, reels, shorts, student testimonials).
- Optimize brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and education portals.
- Run targeted digital campaigns for enrollment and lead generation.
- Monitor online sentiment, reviews, and competitor analysis to fine-tune campaigns.
5. Offline Branding & Visibility
- Plan and execute Out of Home OOH (hoardings, bus shelters, railway stations), flyers, brochures, newspaper ads aligned with enrollment season.
- Design institute branding elements – reception visuals, student success walls, classrooms, etc.
- Organize branded student events like felicitation ceremonies, toppers' meet, exam strategy sessions.
6. Enrollment-Driven Campaigns
- Design admission season campaigns highlighting USPs, results, scholarships, early bird offers.
- Collaborate with the admission team to understand lead quality and campaign impact.
- Drive brand support for franchisee centers for localized enrollment campaigns.
7. Internal Branding & Culture Building
- Ensure faculty, counselors, and staff represent brand values in communication.
- Develop internal brand guides, training, and behavior manuals.
8. Partnerships & PR
- Build partnerships with schools, education influencers, media agencies, and test preparation platforms.
- Create press releases, media coverage, and influencer tie-ups for building credibility.

You’ll Need
- Sound knowledge of C/C++ and Java programming languages.

Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience
- 2+ years of practical experience in Native Android Development
- 2+ years of experience using Kotlin/Java
