Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven, ROI-focused Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on metrics, understands the nuances of digital platforms, and is eager to scale campaigns that drive real business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
• Manage performance marketing budgets to maximize ROAS and customer acquisition.
• Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights from performance data.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to boost campaign effectiveness.
• Partner with design, content, and product teams to ensure aligned messaging and branding.
• Track and report key campaign metrics using Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and internal tools.
• Keep up with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of direct experience managing paid campaigns with clear ROI outcomes.
• Proven track record in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and PPC optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-led marketing decisions.

Roles and responsibilities -

• Design specific pages for Devaseva Campaigns - aesthetic aspects from the brief given by the campaigns head, Work on basic content for pages based on suggestions from the business/marketing team.
• Create user flows & design landing pages for our campaigns.
• Create required illustrations to increase visual appeal.
• Conceptualize and design video collaterals and illustrations for marketing campaigns, Perform storyboarding, editing, composting, rendering, and other post-production processes.
• Understand the unique needs of each campaign and suggest relevant video styles based on the campaign objectives.
• Most of the work will be creating visuals for Facebook, Instagram, website, and digital media.
• Design requirements for emailers, infographics, social media posts, and promotional campaigns showcasing the work to the donors of Devaseva.
• Exploring design requirements and brainstorming about various creative options and solutions.

Required Skills -

• Working with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects (Premiere Pro Optional), or any popular tools available in the market.
• At least 1-2 years of visual design experience, Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and web limitations; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to team members.

• Education or experience/ interest in similar industries would be highly preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Graphics and Motion Design.
• A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, interior design, or any related field

• We run functional teams based on the SCRUM methodology and are a fairly Agile environment, with 2-week sprints and teams with a minimum of 2 developers (preferably 3) plus a Platform Owner.
• Sprints cannot be interrupted and work is planned out well in advance to keep stress down to a minimum.

• Line by line code reviews for every pull request on Gitlab maintains code quality, and keep everyone in the loop & learning.
