MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Strong Customer Success Manager / Implementation Manager / Post-Sales Enterprise Delivery Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 6+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing Customer Success / Account Management / Implementation roles.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise customers in North America and/or Europe

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have owned end-to-end enterprise customer implementations, including discovery, onboarding, integrations, go-live, and stabilization.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience working with CXO / VP / Director-level stakeholders as primary points of contact (POCs) for enterprise accounts.

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have managed enterprise accounts with ACV / ARR of at least USD 40K+, and owned commercial outcomes such as renewals, expansions, upsells, and retention (NRR).

Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have worked in B2B SaaS companies with complex technical products

Mandatory (Experience 7): Must have a conceptual understanding of SaaS architecture and APIs, with the ability to troubleshoot workflows and coordinate closely with engineering and product teams (hands-on coding not required).

Mandatory (Compensation): Candidate's Current CTC should not be less than 27 LPA.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department. Located in Coimbatore, the Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, guiding student projects, and conducting research. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing lecture materials, evaluating student performance, mentoring students, and participating in faculty meetings. 1. Development and Test Automation experience through Test Driven Development (TDD)
2. Establishing and executing Automated testing strategy for mobile apps with Tools like Perfecto Mobile/Appium or Web Driver/Selenium, TestNG and continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Git, Stampede etc.

• Troubleshooting/Implementation Experience on Avaya Aura UC Portfolio – Communication Manager, Messaging, Session Manager, System Manager, AES, SBCE, Utility Services, ADS, AADS, AMS, Avaya Control Manager anchoring professional services team whenever any work assignment is delegated
• Troubleshooting/Implementation Experience on Avaya Aura CC Portfolio – AAEP, DSS, BRE, POM, CMS, WFO, AWFO, Breeze, Oceana and advance level troubleshooting to make project cut-overs successful.
• License Installations/Swap-out from RFA and PLDS) SIP line configuration and porting a new number from SMGR to CM
• Updating firmware and patch on phones and MG's
• Server restarts that require deeper analysis of logs and further troubleshooting,
• IP Phone registration issues due to network/firmware issues
• Troubleshooting intermittent Server restarts, Call drops and Network-triggered voice quality issues that require traces to be setup at multiple end-points and deep analysis of all collected traces to come up with resolution plan
• Installs the software/firmware/patches/Service packs on the server
• Configures the system as per customer requirement and established project SOW
• Analyzes call flow and works on dial-plan optimization and specific routing requests as defined by requests
