Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced backend developer, who is proactive, a quick learner, and has a go-getter attitude to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality server-side web applications as well as for the integration of the front-end part. It is an individual contributor role wherein you would work with a small but highly competitive and effective team.

Responsibilities:

• Experience in the development of high-performance APIs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Advanced debugging/testing/optimization skills.
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications.
• Design highly scalable, testable code.
• Discover and fix programming bugs.

Requirements:

• Prior work experience as a backend developer
• Hands-on experience in PHP, Node js, MySQL, REST APIs, MicroServices, Apache.
• Good understanding of technology-related products and services.
• Exposure to Azure/Google cloud, any PHP Framework and Angular is a plus
• BE/BTech Computers, MSc/MCA or similar
• Experience: 2 to 6 years

What we are scouting for

• BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience in IT
• 2+ years’ experience designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms
• A strong hands-on programming knowledge in Core Java including Java 8. To solve the problem given in optimized way.
• Strong knowledge on the Data structure and algorithm.
• Experience developing and designing API integrations using SOAP/RESTful
• Should be able to understand the time complexity of the existing algorithm. Able to compare different algorithms available.
• Expert understanding of the object-oriented design and programming concepts
• Know the fundamentals of Object-Oriented Programming using Java;
• Used SQL & NoSQL solutions
• Experience in GIT/SVN, build tools such as Ant/Maven/Gradle
• Experience in JUnit, Sonarqube, Mockito, Jacoco, Maven & Jenkins

Technical Competency – Nice to have

• Experience in Dependency Injection, Annotation, Validations, Auto Wiring
• Good knowledge in internal working on Memory Management, Transaction management
• Knowledge on DevOps pipeline tools like Jenkins, tools for Code quality scan, tools for security scan
• Spring boot

• Any Java Certification

• 4+ years’ experience building highly scalable, distributed and reliable Restful Web Services using Spring, Jersey, etc.
• Should have knowledge on Cloud applications preferably on AWS.
• Knowledge on building Front end applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with relational DBs like MySQL and NoSQL Database like MongoDB, Solr/Lucene will be a plus.
• Experience with Tomcat, Jax-RS, REST, JPA, IntelliJ, Groovy, Hibernate is must.
• Experience with build technologies like Gradle, Jenkins will be a plus.
