JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Flutter App Developer at Sawara Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Promilo.com), you will be an integral part of our dynamic and forward-thinking development team. Your primary responsibility will be to conceive, design, and implement high-performance and visually stunning mobile applications using the Flutter framework. We are looking for an individual who not only possesses technical expertise but also has a creative flair for crafting user-centric experiences.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•High-Quality Mobile Applications: Utilize your expertise in Flutter to create robust, scalable, and efficient mobile applications that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

•Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and design new features, ensuring a seamless integration of functionality and aesthetics.

•UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

•Code Quality and Maintenance: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.

•Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve issues through effective troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization techniques to enhance application performance.

•Code Reviews and Collaboration: Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with peers to maintain a high level of code quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a mobile app developer, with a focus on Flutter development.

•Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of the Dart programming language and experience with third-party libraries, APIs, and integrations.

•Development Life Cycle: Familiarity with cloud services and mobile application deployment processes. Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

•Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically.

•Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

•Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience of 2-4 Years in Flutter Development.

•Knowledge of native Android and iOS development is preferable.

•Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

•Knowledge of mobile app security best practices.

•Knowledge of OOP’s Concepts

•Previous experience working on projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Role: ANDROID DEVELOPER

What you’ll do?

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and API's
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

What Makes You A Great Fit?

• Have published one or more android apps on the Play store
• At least 3 years of experience in Android app development
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK/ NDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Solid understanding of Object Oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and relational database
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, performance tuning and firebase services
• Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as touch
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Proficient with Java and Kotlin (including coroutines)
• Preference for good experience in the gaming industry, but experience in the B2C app is a must
• Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git, Bit bucket
• Familiarity with continuous integration

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.

- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.

- Diagnose performance issues, fix bugs (including crashes and ANRs) to increase the functionality of the application.

- Write well designed, testable, efficient code.

- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications

- Prepare and produce releases of software components

- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

Desired Profile :

B.Sc. (CS or IT) + MCA/ BCA + MCA/ B.Tech. /B.E. (CS or IT) .

Experience required- 1 - 2 years

- Subject Proficient in Java/Kotlin programming

- Knowledge and experience in Flutter Framework and DART programming

- Hands on experience in using RESTful APIs

- Hands on experience in designing and developing micro-services architecture and containers

- Object oriented analysis, UML and design using common design patterns.

- Hands on experience in development IDE Android Studio, Android SDK, Firebase Test Lab

- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

- Familiarity with push notifications

- Familiarity with IOS integration with Flutter

- Experience using GitHub or similar environment

- Complete understanding of SDLC

- Experience with Agile development

- Experience with Material Design and Android UI design principles, patterns and best practices

- Good knowledge of adding third-party libraries for Eg. Twilio

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

Role Description for the 3 month internship:-

• Create multi-platform apps for iOS & Android using Google's new Flutter development framework
• Strong OO design and programming skills in DART and SDK Framework for building Android as well as iOS Apps.
• Good expertise in Auto Layout and adding constraints programmatically
• Must have experience of Memory management, caching mechanisms., Threading and Performance tuning.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android & iOS applications to back-end services
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
• Collaborate with the team of product managers, developers, to define, design, & deploy new features & functionality
• Build software that ensures the best possible usability, performance, quality, & responsiveness of features
• Work in a team following agile development practices (Scrum)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN, and Project Management tool (JIRA)
• Utilize your knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, & emerging technologies
• Get Solid understanding of full mobile development life cycle and make use of the same
• Help Develop and Deploy Good Quality UI

1. Build pixel-perfect UIs across Android and iOS mobile platforms.
2. Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms. 
3. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native. 
4. Developing and releasing complex, data-driven apps using React Native as the primary application framework. 
5. Proficiency writing Modern JavaScript, including ES6+, and JSX.
6. Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
7. Must be able to develop high-performance cross-platform apps using React-Native.
