Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer who will be responsible for creating, curating, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for our products, APIs, integrations, and deployment guides. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and customer support teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

●    Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including:

○    API guides (Swagger/OpenAPI)

○    Product manuals

○    Integration documents

○    Deployment & configuration guides

○    Architecture diagrams and functional flows

●    Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand features, flows, and business logic

●    Coordinate with SMEs (developers, QA, infra) to extract technical insights

●    Own version control of documents for each release or sprint

●    Maintain documentation repository (e.g., Confluence, GitHub, Notion)

●    Ensure all customer-facing documents are reviewed and approved before release

●    Translate engineering JIRA tickets and release notes into readable, structured release documentation

●    Align documentation structure with ISO/Infosec and compliance audit requirements

●    Proofread and review documents for grammar, formatting, and consistency

●    Create templates and documentation standards to be followed across teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

●    3–5 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in software, fintech, or BFSI

●    Strong command of English language (grammar, structure, clarity)

●    Experience in creating API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI/Postman)

●    Proficiency in documentation tools like MS Word, Confluence, Markdown, Google Docs, etc.

●    Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile

●    Ability to read/understand code snippets and translate technical details clearly

●    Ability to handle multiple priorities

●    Familiarity with versioning tools (Git), JIRA, and RESTful APIs

●    Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

●    Experience in documenting cloud-based SaaS systems

●    Exposure to fintech/banking APIs and workflows

●    Knowledge of JSON, YAML, and Postman collections

●    Working knowledge of video-based documentation or walkthroughs

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Associate at DBaaS Software Private Limited in Chennai. The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day operations, providing analytical support, assisting with administrative tasks, and delivering excellent customer service.

Identification and mitigation of project risks and issues, and escalation thereof as necessary

Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with company goals and policies

Monitor contract performance and ensure contractual compliance

Responsible for amending, extending, and renewing contracts

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents.

Process Improvement:

Analyze existing business processes related to tenders and projects, identifying areas for improvement

Enhance process efficiency, productivity, and quality through the development and implementation of process enhancements

Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the management of tenders and projects

 don’t need any profiles with Support experience. I need very clearly SAP CO consultants with end – end Implementation experience having Product Costing knowledge

Resource should have 8 to 12 years of hands on experience in Asset Accounting, Profit Center and Cost Center Accounting, Auditing  BRS, Group Reporting, Current and Non-Current Reporting. 

Should have Implementation and configuration skills on SAP Controlling in SAP S/4HANA and not support. 

The candidate should be able to manage and configure product costing and should possess CO integration skills with various modules like PP, PS, PM, MM and FI. 

Implementation Experience of three end to End Experience. Good Client Handling and Communication Skills. 

This is Work from client office position and the candidate should mandatorily work out of client location at Noida.

• Knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, and PL/SQL is a plus
• Familiarity with ML, TensorFlow, and Keras is a plus
• Knowledge of web servers such as Apache, NGNIX, and the HTTP protocol is a plus.
• Knowledge of multi-process, threads, memory, and filesystem on Linux is desirable.
