Software Sales Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our Mathematics Department as a Tutor/Assistant Professor. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in mathematics and a passion for teaching, mentoring, and fostering academic excellence among students.

Digital Marketing is a lot more than what it is usually portrayed as and we delve into “the lot more”for SMBs. we have grown well and what started as a small personal project a year ago has now grown into a family of 45+ clients and 8 smart people- all within a year! And guess what, we never spent a single penny on advertising! It was all referral and so you can imagine the quality of work that we have been doing.

Responsibilities

Be the primary point of contact for the clients.

Assist in creating a digital strategy for the clients. These are SMEs, hard on cash but high on hope so we have to be extra wise with what we suggest!

Get things done from the CG team. You see, since you will interact with the client, you will know what they want and you alone will have to make sure that the work gets done!

Advocate for the client to ensure that we’re not just checking off boxes in a task manager, but instead moving them forward and reaching their objectives (we call this Remarkable ROI)

Note: You’re not responsible to bring in new clients (this is not a sales position). You are responsible to keep and grow your clients with Remarkable Client Experiences, Remarkable Excellence, and Remarkable ROI and if that gets us Referrals- well nothing better than that!

Note: Our digital marketing projects include both “traditional” digital marketing such as SEO and Email Marketing/Whatsapp Marketing/Affiliate Marketing as well as web design & development projects. For this position though, we will stick to SEO/SMO/PPC

Minimum of 1.5 years as a hands-on digital marketing professional

Minimum of 1 year as someone who has been interacting with the clients. If you have worked

in B2B, it would be great!

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Detailed technical analysis and specifications;

• Technical artifacts for new releases and automated tests as appropriate;

• Participation in meetings with the project team;

• Inputs to team lead for monthly activity and status reports of the team;

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;

• +5 years of professional experience in software development;

• +3 years of hands-on Java or Node.js/Typescript development experience;

• Knowledge of JSF, Angular or Wicket;

• Knowledge of Docker, Solr/Elastic and/or Amazon Web Services (lambda, dynamodb, IAC, cognito, SNS, SQS, step-functions, cloud watch, log group, https codes used in REST api) is an advantage;

• Fluent in English

MS D365 Solution Architect  

Must have at least one Microsoft certification relating to D365

Job Description 

As a Part of a Collaborative and Entrepreneurial Team, You Will: 

 Act as the primary Dynamics and power platform Subject Matter Expert on client

engagements 

 Interact with clients to understand business requirements.

 Demonstrate MSCRM solution capabilities to the client.

 Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report.

 Create Solution design to address client business, interface, and performance

requirements.

 Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive

solutions based on MS CRM, 3rd parties and customizations.

 Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations.

 Create estimates for implementation tasks.

 Learn our client&#39;s business, their organization, systems, challenges, and goals. 

 Craft the technical vision by mapping requirements to technical capabilities. 

 Build prototypes and proofs of concept (POC) to validate technical and

solution decisions. 

 Lead client facing and internal training (technology training and/or application specific

training) 

 Contribute to continuously improving IP and demoware through creating reusable

templates, sharing of knowledge, and building reusable demos. 

 Be an innovator who can create new solutions using out-of-the-box thinking. 

 Assist sales and presales teams to prepare proposals, participate on client presentations

and support business development and the sale of professional services when

necessary.

 Estimate and design staffing for proposed solutions. 

Your Technical &amp; Non-Technical Experience Includes: 

 3-5 years overall MS Dynamics 365 experience

 Experience as an MS Dynamics CRM solution architect in a client-facing role for MS

Dynamics top tier or similar consulting organization is highly desirable.

 Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, or administering MS Dynamics CRM

required.

 Proven experience and knowledge on power automate.

 Proven experience on customising and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

 Proven experience on implementing C# plugins and java scripts.

 Proven experience on creating Microsoft flows.

 Hands on experience in using XRM toolbox.

 Proven experience in integrating websites or any landing pages to dynamics 365

 Expert level – D365 Field Service and sales strongly desired 

 Knowledge of Remote Assist/Guides or other similar Mixed Reality applications

is beneficial. 

 Understanding of IoT/Connected Field Service 

 Experience of implementing integrated Dynamics 365 solutions

o Dynamics Portals

 Knowledge of how and when to use plugins, workflow, and JavaScript assemblies. 

 Modern Workplace (SharePoint / Teams) experience would be ideal. 

 Proven track record operating as a player– accountable for driving specific deals.

Must haves:

1. He should have dynamics 365 certifications. Look for profiles who has as many certifications

as possible.

2. Knowledge on dynamics 365 sales, marketing, field service, portals.​
