Software Sales Executive

Position Overview-

This role would be a part of our B2B sales function for our growing India business. He/She

would drive the new client acquisition and client relationship management.

Role and Responsibilities-

• Use a mixture of inside sales, and borderline contacts, to source a demo with the
• VP/Head of Sales of a lead.
• Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
• Orchestrate discussions with senior execs (CXOs) around their business needs.
• Timely follow-up with clinical precision.
• Manage and maintain a list of interested prospects.
• Deep understanding of the product.
• Meet personal sales targets.
• Given the name of a mid to large company, identify the right PoC using LinkedIn and Primenumbers contacts databases.

Requirements-

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English and Hindi communication is essential.
• Education - Graduation (Btech, BE, BSc electronics, BCA preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Creating content for the company website. For instance, blogs, e-books, product descriptions, and social media.
• Editing and refining current information to make it easier to read.
• To develop original content ideas, collaborate with many departments.
• Continually generating new concepts and working with the team to develop fresh plans of action.
• Work together with other departments to provide a fresh concept for content
• Be prepared to respond to any queries posed by their readers.
• Develop material in accordance with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) criteria and SEO tactics to increase website traffic.
• For the website, conduct research and write interesting, educational SEO content that includes the product, fresh snippets, photographs, videos, short- and long-form essays, etc.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of effective content tactics for SEO.
• An advantage is knowing digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
• Must be capable of carrying out content marketing activities like blogging to promote clients.
• Recognize the industry, and then create content that will help the company fulfill the requirements.
• Define and structure the content development process.

• Should act as a technical resource for the Data Science team and be involved in creating and implementing current and future Analytics projects like data lake design, data warehouse design, etc.
• Analysis and design of ETL solutions to store/fetch data from multiple systems like Google Analytics, CleverTap, CRM systems etc.
• Developing and maintaining data pipelines for real time analytics as well as batch analytics use cases.
• Collaborate with data scientists and actively work in the feature engineering and data preparation phase of model building
• Collaborate with product development and dev ops teams in implementing the data collection and aggregation solutions
• Ensure quality and consistency of the data in Data warehouse and follow best data governance practices
• Analyse large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
• Mine and analyse data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.\

• Bachelor’s or Masters in a highly numerate discipline such as Engineering, Science and Economics
• 2-6 years of proven experience working as a Data Engineer preferably in ecommerce/web based or consumer technologies company
• Hands on experience of working with different big data tools like Hadoop, Spark , Flink, Kafka and so on
• Good understanding of AWS ecosystem for big data analytics
• Hands on experience in creating data pipelines either using tools or by independently writing scripts
• Hands on experience in scripting languages like Python, Scala, Unix Shell scripting and so on
• Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
• Experience using business intelligence tools e.g. Tableau, Power BI would be an added advantage (not mandatory)

• 3 years Willing to take efforts to advance in the technology or learn new technologies.
• Solid understanding of OOPs concepts.
• Willing to take efforts to advance in the technology or learn new technologies.
• Good communication skills and a continuous learner.
• Experience working on waterfall or Agile (Agile model preferred)
• Solid understanding of Python scripting and/or frameworks like Django, Flask Back up RRS.

SQL Server DBA will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server RDBMS systems, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our corporate applications. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools

Experience with backups, restores and recovery models

Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server

Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory

Ability to organize and plan work independently

Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
