About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and revenue-driven Head of Partnerships to lead, train, and scale our Partnership & Alliances team. You will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, channel alliances, and revenue growth while optimizing the partnership ecosystem. This role requires a proven track record in revenue generation through partnerships, strong leadership skills, and an ability to build long-term alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the partnerships strategy by identifying, onboarding, and scaling strategic partners, resellers, and alliances.
- Train and mentor the partnerships team to enhance their performance and drive revenue.
- Develop and execute partnership programs that generate revenue and expand market reach.
- Build strong relationships with key industry players, resellers, and technology partners.
- Streamline onboarding, engagement, and revenue-sharing models for efficiency.
- Negotiate and close high-impact deals, working closely with leadership to structure long-term business success.
- Track key KPIs such as partner revenue contribution, retention, and deal closures while optimizing strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align partnerships with business objectives.
Who You Are:
- Minimum 5 - 9 years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Alliances, preferably in a SaaS/product-based company.
- Proven track record in generating revenue through partnerships and alliances.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in training and managing high-performance teams.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to structure and close complex partnership deals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and execute data-driven partnership strategies.
- Strong relationship-building skills with an existing network in SaaS, telecom, or cloud-based industries being a plus.

Expected CTC: 40-60LPA + Generous equity (ESOPs) Location: Remote
- 20% - Design the user flows and mockups basis the product requirements, which would be defined by the founders and shared as inputs by the early users. Key features we are planning to build in the coming months: Forms and Social posting.
- 50% - Design the UI mockups based on the user flows defined above to clearly illustrate the design and functionality of the product.
- 30% - Create industry and scenario-specific templates that can be readily used by users who are coming on the platform.

The SCM engineering at Myntra-Jabong operates within two distinct verticals: Supply-chain Outbound (Fulfilment systems) & Supply-chain Inbound (Selection systems, Partner experience).
Your Responsibilities:
● Own the architecture of Myntra’s new product platforms to drive business results
● Be a visible leader to drive and own the architecture and design of some of the most advanced & complex software systems / products in the industry to create company wide impact.
● Help build, mentor and coach a team of very talented Engineers, Architects, Quality engineers, System Operation Engineers and DevOps engineers in architectural and design best practices.
● Be an operational and technical leader with a passion for distributed systems, cloud service
development, deployment and delivery.
● Be accountable for the design, for the ease of evolution, quality of the systems, performance, scaling, and availability characteristics and limitations of the systems.

Desired Skills and Experience
● 12 - 16 years of experience in software product development

● Successfully architected and led technology for consumer-facing products in the global market along with being an efficient proficient problem-solver who envisions business and technical perspectives to develop workable solutions
● Must have exposure to leading product development end-end (portfolio to delivery, re-architectures)

multi-million sessions/transactions per day
