Strong Head of Engineering / Engineering Director / VP Engineering Profiles.

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have minimum 15+ years of overall experience in software engineering roles

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have minimum 8+ years of experience in senior engineering leadership roles (Head of Engineering, Director, Engineering Manager, or equivalent)

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong hands-on proficiency in .NET, Python, and Node.js, with the ability to guide teams on coding standards and best practices

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have solid experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MongoDB

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have strong understanding of system architecture principles, scalable system design, and hands-on experience with design patterns such as DDD and CQRS

Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have hands-on experience building and scaling cloud-native microservices, preferably on Azure, with strong exposure to Docker and Kubernetes

Mandatory (Experience 7): Must have proven experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing engineering teams across ERP, POS, and Integration platforms

Mandatory (Experience 8): Must have ownership of end-to-end product delivery, including planning, execution, release management, and production readiness for SaaS

Job Description

- Ability to administer large scale enterprise customers with minimum 5000+

nodes.

- Strong experience on windows and Linux platforms

- Plan, implement antivirus solutions

- Troubleshooting antivirus products

- Proven track in resolving complex security issues involving endpoints and

servers.

- Capability of EDR / XDR event analysis

- Create process and technical improvements for the customer environments.

- Optimizing performance of antivirus products

- Meeting compliance standards

- Understanding APT’s and planning proactive updates/upgrades.

- Manage teams and scheduling roster’s to meet business needs.

- Support customers on 24x7 environment

- Adhering to ITIL process and incident management.

- Collaborate with customers for the change management process.

- Liaise with internal management for AV deployments and KT.

- Assist peers in resolving ongoing tickets.

- Service now / any ITIL based ticketing tool expertise.

- Maintain service level agreements

- Own tickets from start to finish

- Ability to work independently and work as team member

- Establish good customer relationships.

Certifications : Crowdstrike, TrendMicro, McAfee EPO, Microsoft.

• Practical experience with email marketing is a must. Proficiency with marketing tools & technologies like email automation, landing page design and instrumentation, and A/B testing are a must.
• Strong sense of product as you’ll be a key influencer in how the product shapes over time.
• Creative thinker, story-teller and problem solver with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s degree is required.
• Hands on experience in the eCommerce domain, especially on the seller side.
• Understand how to build and nurture a community of users, advocates and influencers and use this to amplify the word of mouth for the product.
• Exceptional writing skills, ability to edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar and accuracy.
• Hands on experience or comfortable with any or all of the following: SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or programming in any language is a strong plus.
• Any experience with data sciences and analytics, R or python.
• Knowledge of or experience with UI/UX, graphics design or product management.
• US education is a strong plus. All customers are in the US to having spent time there and cultural familiarity is helpful.
