Telesales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• You will be working with the Rust compiler and will be responsible for compiling to alternate targets such as WebAssembly
• You will be exposed with TDD for unit testing individual functions and integration testing for testing publicly exposed APIs
• Working with a Git style workflow where every commit deploys to a stagingenvironment and merged pull requests deploy to production
• Setting up CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment (canary, staging) using Github actionsaccording to project needs
• Developing software in Rust
• Maintaining and improving existing rust codebases.

1. Handle inbound & outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
2. Conduct project presentations, site visits, and property tours for prospective buyers.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-ups and personalized communication.
4. Understand client requirements, provide property solutions, and address concerns to ensure smooth decision-making.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns and promotional activities.
6. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in alignment with company policies and project guidelines.
7. Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions using CRM tools and reporting systems.
8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to strengthen sales pitch.
9. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

This position has multiple openings and suitable candidate shall be required to join by 1st Sept 2025 or at earliest.

Technical Proficiency : 
Must have : 

• Strong development experience in Python in the environment of Unix/Linux/Ubuntu

• Strong practical knowledge of Python and its libraries.

• Current working experience with cloud deployment of AWS/Azure/GCP, Microservice architecture, and Docker in Python.

• Good knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Good Experience of Python with Django/ Scrapy/ Flask frameworks.

• Good Experience in Jupyter/ Docker/ Elastic Search, etc.

• Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to drive large-scale projects with a deep understanding of Agile SDLC, high collaboration, and leadership.
  
  Good to have : 

• Expected to have migration experience from one version to the other, as this project is about migration to the latest version.

• Preferred if had an OpenEdx platform experience or any LMS platform. 

   

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of .NET development experience (ASP.Net 3.5 or greater and C# 4 or greater).
• Good knowledge of MVC, Entity Framework, and Web API/WCF.
• ASP.NET Core knowledge is preferred.
• Creating APIs / Using third-party APIs
• Working knowledge of Angular is preferred.
• Knowledge of Stored Procedures and experience with a relational database (MSSQL 2012 or higher).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented development principles
• Working knowledge of web, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Bootstrap framework
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Ability to create reusable C# libraries
• Must be able to write clean comments, readable C# code, and the ability to self-learn.
• Working knowledge of GIT
