About the Role:
We are looking for a result-driven lead generation specialist to join our team. The role requires strong communication skills in English, basic Excel proficiency, and experience in selling IT products over the phone. You will be responsible for calling prospects, generating leads, and setting up appointments with interested clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients (data will be provided)
Explain IT products/solutions clearly and confidently
Set appointments with interested leads for follow-up by the sales team
Focus on companies based in the UAE, with occasional outreach to KSA
Record daily activity and results using basic Excel
Meet lead generation and call volume targets
Requirements:
Strong spoken English communication skills
1–2 years of experience in lead generation (preferably in the IT sector)
Familiarity with IT products is a plus
Basic Excel skills for maintaining reports
High energy and productivity, with the ability to make a large volume of calls daily
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
