Job Title: React.js Developer

We are seeking a talented React.js Developer to build and maintain high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, HTML, CSS, and state management (Redux/Context API). You will work closely with our team to develop responsive UIs, integrate APIs, and ensure performance optimization.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in React.js development
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React hooks, and component-based architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and modern front-end tools
• Bonus: Experience with Next.js, Tailwind, or testing frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support capital raising activities for Category II Debt Funds.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, Institutional Investors, and Corporate Treasuries.
• Prepare and present fund pitches, investment decks, and investor proposals.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams for fund onboarding and closures.
• Manage investor communications, reporting, and ongoing engagement.
• Support fund structuring discussions and assist in investor due diligence.
• Track fundraising pipeline and support strategy for investor acquisition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in AIF Category II debt fund fundraising or investor relations.
• Strong network among potential investors is preferred.
• Good understanding of debt products, structured finance, and alternative investments.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage investor relationships and closures.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience working with NBFCs, PE/VC funds, or investment firms.
• Existing investor network is an added advantage.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and clarify the requirements and technical issues (including client interaction)
• Support creation of high and low level design
• Development and maintenance of automation code
• Build reusable Business objects as required
• Review the automation implemented code
• Deploy the code to multiple environments phase wise
• Provides regular status updates to clients and management
• Participates in research/design/implementation of appropriate automation tools
• Develop .net libraries using C# /.Net
• Design and develop SQL scripts – Stored procedures, queries, and functions
• Perform unit testing, support systems integration testing and UAT testing
• Raise ticket and co-ordinate with IT team and CS team
• Analyze, estimate and implement special projects
• Effectively manage multiple priorities / assist with various projects as they arise.
• Accurately track, monitor, and report progress and obstacles
• Travel requirements will be modest, working hours must be flexible to deal with international time zone and key process owners located throughout the world.

Education, Experience, & Required Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent is required
• 7+ years of overall IT experience
• 2+ years of overall development experience with leading RPA tool.
• Certified RPA Tool (UiPath, UiPath X, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) as developer
• Programming experience in Java, .Net, C, C#, .Net, Python
• Sufficient knowledge of RDBMS like ORACLE / MS SQL Server and SQL tools
• Knowledge in developing & understanding excel macros codes.
• Knowledge in Power BI, Excel Macro, web forms, mobile applications are preferable.
• Knowledge of service oriented architecture is preferable.
• Knowledge in Finance & Accounting domain is preferable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Effectively interact with various levels of management.
• Ability to multitask.

What you need to have:

• Should have experience researching problem statements and designing solutions that meet the desired UX goals and stakeholder requirements

• Should be able to rapidly prototype ideas; pen and paper will do for mockups. Should be familiar with prototyping tools or front end code for higher fidelity prototyping

• Good communication skills. Must be able to communicate idea to all stakeholders product, engineering and design

• Must have average above average knowledge of the Adobe Suite

• Must be able to look at the product as a whole to design workflows that scale

• Must be able to measure UX changes and suggest further improvements

• Should be able to build UI components that meet the desired UX. Should be able to understand and respect the UX

• Should follow the style guide and design according to the guidelines

• Understanding of typography, typographic grid, grid based systems, design frameworks and responsive design principles is required. Should be able to adapt and extend the style guide as required and define new UI components when needed

• Should be able to build reusable UI components

• Good communication with the product and engineering teams to assess feasibility of UI components

• Experience with motion/interaction design a plus

• Must know the Adobe Creative Suite well. Must also be familiar with prototyping tools
