Job Summary: Responsible for Accounting, Finance, Audit and MIS of the Company. As head of Accounts will oversee the accounting of the holding company and subsidiaries/associate companies and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial data, guiding the Accounts / Finance team, and implementing strategic financial processes. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, Accounting Standards, Financial/ cost analysis, Budgeting, Working-capital Management, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Inventory management, Versatility in ERP Accounting Software systems along with strong leadership skills to manage day-to-day operations and support organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting & Compliance:

·        Oversee the preparation of day to day, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

·        Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax reporting requirements, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, TCS and other relevant regulations.

·        Manage audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion of Audit and accurate reporting.

·        Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

2. Cost Accounting & Analysis:

·        Lead the cost accounting processes, including product costing, variance analysis, and cost control initiatives.

·        Work closely with Plant and Operation team to analyse cost drivers

·        Develop detailed cost structures and maintain cost allocation across departments.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting:

·        Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts, aligning with organizational goals.

·        Monitor actual performance against budgets, identify variances, and provide actionable insights for corrective measures.

·        Collaborate with department heads to ensure adherence to budgets and efficient resource allocation.

4. Team Leadership & Development:

·        Manage and mentor the accounting team, setting clear performance goals, conducting regular evaluations, and facilitating professional development.

·        Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment, ensuring team members are equipped to meet individual and department objectives.

·        Stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and accounting standards, ensuring the team adapts to changes proactively.

5. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:

·        Oversee cash flow forecasting, ensuring sufficient liquidity for daily operations and long-term projects.

·        Manage accounts payable and receivable cycles, optimise payment terms, and negotiate favourable terms with suppliers and customers.

·        o Work closely with the treasury function to manage banking relationships, credit lines, and short-term financing needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant

• Experience: 10-15 years in Accounting / Finance and Audit, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally and other ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting software.

• Compliance: Familiarity with statutory accounting standards and relevant tax regulations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Visual Effects (VFX) Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating, enhancing, and refining visual effects in film, television, commercials, or digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and integrate VFX elements into live-action footage while ensuring seamless composition.
• Work closely with the VFX Supervisor and Editors to achieve the desired visual effects.
• Composite CGI, matte paintings, and digital elements into film sequences.
• Perform color correction, rotoscoping, and keying to enhance visual quality.
• Optimize workflows and ensure efficiency in rendering and exporting final VFX shots.
• Review raw footage, VFX sequences, and make necessary adjustments to maintain visual consistency.
• Collaborate with animators, 3D artists, and sound designers to enhance storytelling.
• Stay updated with the latest VFX software, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a VFX Editor or similar role in film, television, or digital media.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Nuke, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or other industry-standard software.
• Strong understanding of compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, and keying techniques.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering and animation software (Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with creative teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in feature films, television, gaming, or high-end commercial projects.
• Understanding of cinematography, lighting, and color grading principles.
• Knowledge of scripting (Python, JavaScript) for automation in VFX workflows is a plus.

9. Manage production deployments, logging, and monitoring

We expect you to be fairly comfortable with working with both web3 and web2 stacks. We do not expect that you have web3 experience on day 1, but you should be willing to wear multiple hats, learn things quickly and move fast.
