Position - Lead UI 

Location - Bangalore. 

Take part to the development and the maintenance of the FM SAAS Platform.

• Write technical designs (conception, architecture, data model)
• Maintain/enhance CI/CD processes ( Basic Knowledge is mandatory)
• Develop and maintain the platform
• Support UI developers
• Identify and resolve incidents
• Representing FM in global UI architecture meetings

Job Description:

We are looking for good JavaScript developers who are proficient with React.js. 

Responsibilities

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js.
• Have 2-4 years of experience.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

1. Create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in your respective areas of operation

1. To work directly with the distributor and the sales executives in designing and implementing key marketing campaigns.

As a Manager/ Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for setting up and driving our core programs of sourcing talent and raising the bar of talent that comes to the company.

What you will do:

• Sourcing, engaging and recruiting mid to senior level hires for positions globally
• Owning hiring for Non Tech positions covering Business Development, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, and G&A roles across multiple countries globally including the APAC, Europe and US regions.
• Partnering with hiring managers to execute on hiring plans
• Developing proactive sourcing strategies to engage and developing a pipeline of passive talent apart from active pool.
• Creating strong governance with hiring teams to identify trends within the market, strategizing on outreach approaches, and brainstorming creative search methods.
• Leveraging internal tools to build pipeline and engaging active and passive talents in the markets
• Focusing on diversity and inclusion hiring and ensuring a diverse candidate slate across all roles.
• Reporting on recruiting metrics and performance reports on a regular basis

• Writing well-designed, stable and efficient code
• Building reusable components and libraries for future
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance
• Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents

• At least 2-5 years of working experience in web services, preferably in Python
• Should have built and released APIs in production
• Experience working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases

• Knowledge of identifying, defining and building micro-services
• Working knowledge of GCS, AWS, Azure or any other cloud provider
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
