About the Role:

This position focuses on creating training content for our products, we do need someone with a strong background in education, training, or instructional design, ideally with experience in software training or within SaaS companies. The ideal candidate will be able to develop high-quality learning content, including e-learning modules, training guides, and videos, while effectively engaging end-users.

Key Skills We’re Looking For:

• Software Training & Facilitation – Experience in training end-users on complex software applications, including developing training guides, demos, or simulations.
• Assessment & Evaluation Tools – Familiarity with Questionmark, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or similar for designing and administering quizzes, assessments, and surveys.
• Collaboration & Project Management Tools – Proficiency in platforms like Microsoft SharePoint, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, or TFS for coordinating projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Content Authoring Tools – Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Audacity, or similar for developing e-learning modules and multimedia content.
• Video Editing Software – Familiarity with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar for creating and editing training videos.
• Virtual Classroom Platforms – Experience delivering live online training using platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Job Responsibilities :

• Learn and devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
• Implement and invest in long-term SEO strategies to drive organic growth
• Plan and execute all web, SEO, email, social media etc. activities
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.

1. Design and Development:

• Design, create, and modify websites.
• Convert written, graphic, audio, and video components to compatible web formats.
• Create website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.

1. Maintenance and Evaluation:

• Regularly update websites to ensure they are visually appealing, accurate, and reflect the latest content.
• Test websites for ease of use, speed, and other quality factors.
• Fix any bugs or issues that arise.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with web designers and programmers to produce the website.
• Communicate with clients or management about ongoing projects.
• Provide technical support and instruction to other staff or clients.

1. Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web design coding languages.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Experience in server-side frameworks such as python, ruby, php, Java, ASP, ASP.NET.
• Understanding of search engine optimization principles.

1. Project Management:

• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Maintain and expand/enhance the website once built.

Skill Sets and capabilities:

Should have worked as project manager or project lead at least for 2 yrs.

Total 6yrs+IT experience

Good knowledge of insurance

Excellent knowledge of SDLC

Decent communication skill

Good on project planning, effort estimation and costing

Good in people management (should have handled min 5 people team)

Good in client expectation management

Good in technical and functional troubleshooting

Should have worked on Java, J2EE, MVC, Oracle/MS SQL
