Sales Closure & Client Coordination Specialist
Role Overview : A commercially sharp, execution-focused Sales Closure Specialist who will take ownership of converting qualified leads into revenue. This is not a lead generation role.
The position is responsible for:
Driving structured follow-ups
Managing proposals and commercial documentation
Supporting negotiation discussions
Ensuring disciplined closure of opportunities The role requires strong client engagement capability, commercial maturity, and the ability to work in a structured B2B sales environment—particularly with international clients entering or expanding in India.
Key Responsibilities
1. Opportunity Conversion & Deal Closure
Engage with pre-qualified inbound leads shared by the company.
Conduct structured discovery discussions to understand client requirements (HR, Payroll, EOR, BPO, Compliance, Accounting).
Drive timely follow-ups to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. Support commercial discussions and negotiations under leadership guidance.
Work towards defined monthly and quarterly closure targets. 2. Proposal & Commercial Management
Prepare customized proposals aligned with client requirements and OBOX pricing frameworks. Coordinate internally with operations, compliance, and finance teams to structure commercial terms.
Ensure accurate documentation, scope clarity, and commercial positioning.
Support addendums, revisions, and proposal refinements as required. 3. Client Communication & Relationship Handling
Act as a structured communication bridge between client and senior leadership.
Maintain professional engagement with founders, CFOs, HR heads, and business leaders.
Build credibility through clarity, responsiveness, and commercial understanding.
Ensure client confidence during evaluation and decision-making stage. 4. Sales Process & CRM Discipline
Maintain accurate CRM updates and opportunity tracking.
Ensure follow-up timelines are adhered to.
Share weekly pipeline status and conversion insights.
Identify bottlenecks in deal progression and escalate proactively. KPIs (Indicative)

Strong B2B communication skills (verbal & written).
Confident negotiation support capability.

Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools. Preferred Background
4+ years’ experience in B2B services sales, HR consulting, payroll, EOR, recruitment, or professional services.
Exposure to dealing with international clients preferred.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA – Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory). Ideal Candidate Profile
Commercially mature and confident in business conversations.
Detail-oriented with strong backend documentation capability. Target-driven but process-disciplined.
Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-sensitive environment. Able to represent OBOX’s positioning of “Making India Easy” for foreign companies.

What you'll actually be doing
As our Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a crucial role in our expansion and revenue growth. Your key responsibilities:
- Reaching out to the B2B SaaS prospects in North America through cold-calls, emails, and LinkedIn, to initiate conversations and qualify leads
- Identify customer needs and decision-making processes to generate qualified opportunities and set demo meetings
- Accurately record and track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system
- Convert cold prospects into opportunities and meet your targets of 30 demo calls per month and 10 opportunities per month
