Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Program Management

Own and drive the execution of key strategic initiatives originating from the Founder's Office across the Group's micro-drama and micro-learning verticals.
Build and maintain a dynamic program roadmap — tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes across content slates, product launches, growth campaigns, and market expansions.
Translate high-level strategic goals (e.g., scaling Story TV to 100M users, establishing Master as Bharat's lifelong learning companion) into structured plans with clear OKRs, timelines, and accountability matrices.
