Key Responsibilities:
Sales Order Processing: Handle sales order entries, confirmations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Incoming Receipts & Allocation: Track and reconcile customer receipts and accurately allocate payments against orders.
Vendor Payment Follow-Up: Coordinate with the finance and procurement departments to ensure timely vendor payments and resolve discrepancies.
Expense Processing: Maintain records and process sales-related expenses in compliance with company policies.
Customer Coordination (B2C): Respond to queries from B2C customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries, and provide after-sales support.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation and assist in generating regular sales and financial reports.
