Java Support - Analyst / Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Product Specialist to support and enhance our HR and business data systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Excel VBA and Macros, HR Analytics, system migration, and data processing. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field.

What you’ll do :

As a design leader, you will be working with Product managers, Experience managers and Engineering teams to define strategies and lead the creation of great unparalleled customer experiences

You will be owning & driving the quality of Customer and Business-facing interfaces designed across customer journeys

You will be designing how designers design. Dream, explore, create, and nurture other designers’ skills and processes, identifying areas for improvement through collaborating across functions at company

Involve yourself in increasing the effectiveness of the entire team by helping to define and adapt design processes that elevate the productivity and well-being of the Interaction Design Team

Manage communication and documentation within the interaction design team, partner with other functions, external contacts, and contribute to a company-wide understanding of the role of design

6-9 years in Interaction Design, with an emphasis on digital product design

Responsibilities: -

• You would take ownership of the existing system and scale it more than 10X over the next 2 years.
• Apply best coding standards.
• You would create the infrastructure that can serve 100s of customers and millions of data requests per hour.
• Over the next year or so, you would be able to guide a team of 5 to 15 people to accomplish your goals. Mentoring this team into a world-class engineering team would be a key part of your role.
• Your earlier experience in successfully building, deploying and running complex, large scale web or data products.
