Overview
TIBCO Data Virtualization team is looking for a engineer with experience in the area of SQL Data Access using JDBC, WebServices, and native client access for both relational as well as non-relational sources. You will have expertise in developing metadata layer around disparate data sources and implementing a query runtime engine for data access, including plugin management. The core responsibilities will include designing, implementing and maintaining the
subsystem that abstracts data and metadata access across different relational database flavors, BigData sources, Cloud applications, enterprise application packages like SAP R/3, SAP BW, Salesforce etc. 􀀀The server is implemented by a multi-million line source base in Java, so the ability to understand and integrate with existing code is an absolute must. The core runtime is a complex multi-threaded system and the successful candidate will demonstrate complete expertise in handling features geared towards concurrent transactions in a low latency, high throughput and scalable server environment. The candidate will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with leading database experts in building the most robust, scalable and high performing database server.􀀀

Job Responsibilities
• In this crucial role as a Data Source Engineer, you will:
• Drive enhancements to existing data-source layer capabilities
• Understand and interface with 3rd party JDBC drivers
• Ensure all security-related aspects of driver operation function with zero defects
• Diagnose customer issues and perform bug fixes
• Suggest and implement performance optimizations

Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years programming experience
• 2+ years of Java based server side experience
• 1+ years experience with at least one of JDBC, ODBC, SOAP, REST, and OData
• 1+ years of multithreading experience
• Proficiency in both spoken and written communication in English is a must

1. Work with the team and apply the best industry practices to increase page rank and organic traffic, including - social bookmarking, On-page & Off-page optimization, classifieds, Blogs, HTML/navigation optimization & Link Building.
2. Research and analyze through multiple tools like - Google Analytics, SEO Powersuite, Adwords, Keyword planner etc.. to draw insight and new strategies for improving ranking and conversions.
3. Responsible to bring all the sites/blogs to first page of SERP on all Organic search platforms.
4. Auditing and analyzing - identifying issues, finding root-cause, and experimenting with solutions at scale in order to improve SEO performance.
5. Conducting SEO experiments - using rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests, statistical methods) and proving their effectiveness.
6. Trouble-shooting technical website issues that affect SEO and either fix them directly or via web development team ( technical team) .
7. Closely with the Content Marketing team & deliver high quality SEO friendly content that matches the business needs.

Job Description:

Working as part of the Aurum PropTech digital team, the right candidate will spearhead our digital product proposition as a product manager and will be responsible for product planning, delivery and marketing throughout the product lifecycle. The right candidate will develop a strategy, vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their industry insight. They will work closely with Development/Engineering and other teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet market needs and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard. They will develop a forecast for the product based on input from marketing, sales, market analysts and their own experience and manage its delivery. They will identify the key benefits and value of products. This will be used to create and maintain marketing plans and collateral (including web updates, product training materials, pricing strategy and sales training).
The role will work with our leadership and management team across all relevant commercial and operational functions, to understand commercial objectives, gather and evaluate ideas and feedback, and define product features. There are several product initiatives at differing stages of development, and the role will ensure these are managed and delivered successfully, whilst becoming a key contributor to the ongoing product strategy.

Product Manager Responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for our flagship digital products; Develop the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures.
• Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
• Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases

What we are looking for:
Essential Skills

• Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
• Proven experience in Agile product development

• Technical background, with experience in API and SaaS product development, desired.
