Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented MIS & Costing professional with over minimum  5 years of experience in Costing, MIS, SAP, and Product Costing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Costing, Product Costing, and financial planning proficiency in SAP ERP systems. You will play a key role in optimizing costing methodologies, driving insightful reporting, and ensuring accurate financial planning for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Costing Analysis & Reporting

• Perform detailed product costing analysis, ensuring the accurate calculation of standard costs, variances, and margins.
• Develop cost models and perform cost analysis for new and existing products.
• Work closely with the product development, manufacturing, and procurement teams to track and manage product costs.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis and highlight any discrepancies in cost structures.

2. MIS (Management Information System) Reporting

• Prepare and deliver monthly MIS reports on cost, financial performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management.
• Create and maintain automated financial reporting tools to streamline MIS data extraction and presentation.
• Design customized reports and dashboards for various departments (Finance, Operations, etc.) to provide insights into cost management and efficiency.

3. SAP Costing Management

• Manage and maintain costing functionality within SAP, ensuring that data integrity and accuracy are consistently upheld.
• Collaborate with SAP teams to ensure accurate and efficient integration of costing data across the system.
• Implement cost-related improvements and enhancements within the SAP environment.

4. Product Costing & Profitability Analysis

• Oversee the establishment of product costings, ensuring alignment with manufacturing and procurement processes.
• Conduct regular reviews of product costs and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Perform profitability analysis by comparing actual versus expected performance, providing recommendations for improvements.

5. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Assist in the preparation and review of annual budgeting and forecasting processes, focusing on cost analysis and financial projections.
• Provide cost forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and production plans.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, production, and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and timely reporting.
• Provide costing insights to support strategic decision-making for new projects, product launches, and cost-saving initiatives.

7. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in costing methodologies and MIS reporting.

Develop and implement best practices for costing, reporting, and data management to enhance overall efficiency.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Costing, MIS, and SAP.
• At least 3 years of experience in Product Costing or similar roles, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate and actionable financial reports.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA or SAP FICO).
• Strong knowledge of Costing techniques, including standard costing, activity-based costing, and variance analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and other financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

● Plan and track the development and release schedules, and provide visible leadership in crisis

● Establish and follow best practices, including coding standards and technical task management

Experience and Skills you MUST have:

● Web application development and micro-services architecture using JavaScript, Python, and JavaScript libraries and ReactJs and other web technologies - HTML, CSS, and JS

● Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL Database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, and Redis

● End to end deployment and DevOps using - Kubernetes, Docker, GCP Stack

● Knowledge of Jenkins, Prometheus, New Relic, and other tools

● Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests

● Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflict

Custom Memory Design

 SRAM/custom circuit design and standard cell design 

Job description

Rivos Custom Circuits team is seeking highly motivated candidates to develop state of the art custom SRAM memories, Register file memories, memory compilers and standard cells to improve circuit performance, optimize dynamic and static power and support silicon bring up. The role will be at the center of a state-of-the-art circuit design effort, interfacing with all disciplines and have a critical impact on getting products to market quickly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and delivering custom circuits from scratch.
• Drive design and development of SRAM, register file, custom cells to enable high performance and low power designsWork with microarchitecture team to gather specifications
• Drive optimal implementation Conduct early sizing estimates and PPA analysis. Perform design entry and simulations for optimal design sizingWork closely with mask designers on custom design implementation, DFM and yield enhancement featuresCollaborate with the CPU and SoC Physical design teams on floorplanning, placement, timing and power closure of the custom designInteract with technology team
• Participate in developing design and test plans Collaborate with the CAD team and drive design flow enhancements

Qualification

• Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in transistor level custom circuit design from RTL-GDS for CPU and SoC, circuit simulation, equivalence checking, PPA trade off analysis, low power design techniques, timing, noise and power characterization.
• Prior experience and proven success of successfully designing high performance SRAM memories, Register file memories, SRAM compilers, data path designs and standard cells
• Experience designing transistor-level custom circuits in advanced FinFET technology nodes
• Solid understanding of device physics, process technology and circuit design techniques for high performance, low power
• Experience with advanced process design rules and supervising mask design
• Knowledge developing automation for compilers and standard cells
• Post-Silicon test and debug experience
• Ability to work well in a team and be productive under aggressive schedules.
• Excellent problem solving, written and verbal communication

Education and Experience

• Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience

What You’ll Do

• Experience working in eCommerce industry managing high volume applications with an experience of 7 yrs or more. 
• Expertise in application development with IBM (Sterling) Order Management Fulfillment Suite with a minimum of 4 to 5 yrs of experience. 
• Implementation Experience in Sterling order management with versions greater than 9.0 is preferred. Experience in XML, XSD, SOAP and REST services. 
• Expertise in at least one application server; Websphere MQ or JBoss or Weblogic.
• Subject matter expertise in building large-scale retail B2C web applications using Supply Chain and Logistics Systems. 
• IBM Sterling Order Management System Configuration Deployment Toolkit (Sterling CDT), Global Inventory Visibility. Caching technologies is a plus. 
• Comprehensive SDLC experience including strong design skills use of UML, patterns.
