The successful candidate will be dedicated to resolving customer issues and actively contributing to programs to enhance the overall customer experience. The primary objective of this role is to address and resolve issues that impact our customers.

What will you Own?

As a Customer Support Executive, your key responsibilities will be to promptly respond to customer queries via tickets and chat, closing tickets with proper and timely follow-ups.

Responsible for proactively contributing to the enhancement of customer satisfaction by implementing strategies and initiatives aimed at improving CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score.

Meet SLAs for all raised tickets, create a knowledge base for recurring issues, promptly report technical issues to relevant teams, and maintain high-quality responses for each handled ticket.

• Assist the team in building Machine learning/AI/Analytics models on open-source stack using Python and the Azure cloud stack.

Role Responsibilities:

Analysis and Design: Collaborate with stakeholders and the Application Systems team to deeply understand application requirements. Develop technical design documents following business standards.

Programming and Testing: Actively engage in application programming to meet business requirements. Conduct unit testing and assist in functional, load, and user acceptance testing when needed.

Project Review and Enhancement: Review ongoing projects and provide valuable recommendations for improvement. Be open to assisting in related tasks as directed by the line Manager.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Java Expertise: Strong experience in Java Application Design, Coding, and Implementation.

Front-End Development: Excellent skills in front-end development using Angular 10, Bootstrap, and Typescript.

Technology Stack: Proficiency in Java, Spring Suite, Hibernate, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Rest APIs, and Micro-services is highly desirable.

Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including refactoring, TDD, and continuous integration.

Client Interaction: Exceptional client-facing and presentation capabilities.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both autonomously and within a team.

This position will play a primary role in planning, implementing, leading and executing all aspects of Quality and Testing. The role requires hands-on QA expertise, ability to take initiative and develop and evolve our QA processes. The right candidate will be able to analyze the systems to determine what to test, the priority of those tests and the best way to test.

• Contacting and approaching corporate clients i.e. HR Managers, administrations, marketing heads etc., of well-known companies in Bangalore. (Resources and data base will be provided, leads will be given daily basis), No cold calling, Not Call centre job.
• Fixing meetings with them, briefing them about our services & products over the meeting and cracking the deal.
• Following up the order placed by them and closing the deal.
• No targets, no deadlines.
• Your team will have 2-3 interns who will be working below you. You have to delegate work to them.

  Monday to Friday 10:30 am to 7:30pm.

  Saturday: 10:30 am to 6:00 pm.

  Salary:15-30k PM  +incentives (Travel and other expenses incurred by the marketing Executive are reimbursed)
