Webnyay is a legal tech company focused on online dispute resolution (ODR), grievance redressal, and AI-powered legal workflows. We work with enterprises, platforms, and institutions to streamline dispute resolution and legal operations using technology.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to manage legal operations and case management end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of law, process, and operations, and is critical to ensuring cases move smoothly across their lifecycle.

You will be responsible for managing cases, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining legal documentation, and improving internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Case & Legal Operations

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of disputes/cases handled on the Webnyay platform
• Track case status, timelines, hearings, outcomes, and compliance milestones
• Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and audit trails
• Coordinate with lawyers, mediators, arbitrators, and internal teams

Process & Workflow Management

• Design, document, and continuously improve SOPs for case handling
• Ensure adherence to timelines, SLAs, and regulatory requirements
• Identify bottlenecks and propose operational improvements

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on case-related updates
• Liaise with external counsels, neutrals, and partners
• Support onboarding and training of stakeholders on case workflows

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare regular reports on case volume, outcomes, turnaround times, and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal, data protection, and platform policies
• Support audits, reviews, and client reporting requirements

Platform & Tool Usage

• Work closely with product and tech teams to provide feedback on case management features
• Use internal dashboards, CRM, and case management systems efficiently
• Assist in testing and rollout of new legal-tech features

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Law graduate (LLB) or equivalent legal background preferred
• 3–6 years of experience in operations, legal operations is a plus
• Excellent organisational and documentation skills
• Comfortable working with digital tools, dashboards, and workflows
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. –

· Implement and manage state using the BLoC architecture. –

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. –

· Ensure code quality by writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.

· Optimize application performance, identify and fix bugs, and enhance application responsiveness.

· Integrate RESTful APIs and other backend services.

· Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements

· Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Flutter Developer. - Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework.

· Proficiency in using the BLoC architecture for state management in Flutter applications.

· Experience with third-party libraries and APIs. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.

· Understanding of the mobile development lifecycle and app store guidelines for both iOS and Android.

· Proven experience in publishing a minimum of 2 mobile applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

· Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Good knowledge in PHP , Linux and DB.
• Good knowledge in Laravel, Codeigniter Framework or any Framework.

• Candidate must have a good experience in Practical PHP, OOPS & SQL concepts.

• You will be responsible for the execution, performance and reporting of the paid social campaigns
• Manage and oversee social media content and define the KPI's
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Media planning based on brief parameters and media strategy
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Experience in setting up campaigns on Facebook, Twitter and/or Snapchat Ads Manager
• Bonus if you have experience on DSP platforms
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field

• Working with various departments to coordinate and develop digital CRM solutions including bespoke in-house software
• Writing clean, manageable code and maintaining proper documentation
• Writing smart contract integration in JS using web3 like libraries

What you need to have:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Solidity and Ethereum like Blockchains
• Experience in deploying smart contracts
• Experience in MEAN stack
• Understanding of blockchain concepts
• Experience with distributed storage is plus
• Ability to work within the team and independently
• Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills
