Strong in Video Editor (Digital Content / Social Media / Lifestyle Brands)

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, working on digital content for social media or digital platforms (reels, posts, ads, event clips, product/lifestyle content).

Mandatory (Experience 2):Must have strong practical skills in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, capable of turning raw footage into clean, engaging, and brand-consistent videos.

Mandatory (Experience 3):Experience in editing both short-form and long-form content, with attention to flow, timing, clarity, and storytelling across various digital formats

Mandatory (Skill 1):Strong understanding of pacing, sequencing, and narrative construction in videos, with ability to rework and refine edits based on feedback.

Mandatory (Skill 2):Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality videos in a fast-paced daily content environment.

Mandatory (Portfolio):Must showcase 2-3 video projects or content pieces demonstrating strong storytelling, technical editing skills, and adaptability to different formats/platforms.

Technical Skills Required:

• Frontend: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Vue js.
• Backend: Hands-on experience with Node.js, PHP, or along with frameworks like Express.
• Database: Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL,
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and Git-based workflows.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience working on full-stack development projects.

Responsibilities:

• Subscription Acquisition: Implement strategies to attract new paid subscribers for our VPN product and online safety services.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and assess competition in the VPN and online security industry.

• Customer Engagement: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to engage existing users and convert free users into paid subscribers

• Partnerships and Collaborations: Explore partnership opportunities with relevant platforms, influencers, and organizations to expand our app's reach and increase subscriptions.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to subscription growth and revenue generation, and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.

What Youll Do:

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
• Provide configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers
• Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
• Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Follow the SLA for issues with respect to their severity.

What You ll Need:

• Bachelor s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
• Willing to work flexible and varying shift times including weekends and evenings
• 2 years of software development experience with java, javascript, python, or another scripting/programming languages
• Previous experience in a Technical Support environment is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for customers and problem-solving, desire to go deep and become familiar with the customer s technical and business environment
• Comfortable in a startup environment, we move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic environment
• Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Jira, and Confluence is advantageous.
