Strong UI/UX Product Designer Profile (UX-first focus)

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Product Design roles with a strong focus on UX (user flows, journey mapping, usability) from a product company background

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience in end-to-end design process including user research, persona creation, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs

Mandatory (Design Skills): Must be strong in Figma and/or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Sketch) with practical exposure to creating UI designs and prototypes

Mandatory (Collaboration): Must have experience working cross-functionally with product managers, developers, or business teams

Mandatory (Company): Product companies (B2C preferred)

Mandatory (Portfolio) : Must have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX process (user research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, final designs); preference for candidates with live product work (web/app) demonstrating real-world impact

Mandatory (Education) : Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Mandatory (Note): Candidate must be willing to complete a design assignment as part of the hiring process (non-negotiable)

Responsibilities:

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Responsible for the product development and maintenance
• Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks

Requirements:

• A  self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player.
• 3+ Years of experience in Web Application Development
• Should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks

• Expert in Programming using Angular 8/10/11, Web API
• Should have knowledge in Relational and Non-Relational databases (NO SQL).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies – Agile/Scrum
• Very good development skills in front end technologies/javascript libraries like angular etc.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Concepts & Unit Testing
• Good understanding of Web Security Concepts

• Proven 4+ years of experience in MEAN or MERN stack frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of NodeJS, React Js Express.JS along with the
• JavaScript Development frameworks on both client and server-side
• Skilled in Web App development (React + Redux) with Frameworks like Bootstrap / Material
• Deep understanding of HTML DOM objects, CSS & JavaScript events, and experience in various build tools like NPM / Webpack.
• Proficiency with both consuming, designing, and integrating APIs (RESTful and SOAP) using redux/thunk
• Designing database for a scalable and secure system using NoSQL (MongoDB) or RDBMS (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
• Thorough understanding and relatable experience of Git, repository management, and related workflows.
• Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills
• Should have problem-solving, prioritizing tasks, multitasking abilities
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices

We are looking for a Frontend Developer

We are looking for a programmer with a keen eye for design for the position of a front-end developer. Front-end developers are for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimize web pages for maximum efficiency and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages among other duties. 

Front-end developers are required to work in teams alongside back-end developers, graphics designers, and user experience designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities :

• Use markup languages like HTML to create user-friendly web pages
• Maintain and improve website
• Design mobile-based features
• Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve the usability
• Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
• Write functional requirement documents and guides
• Create quality mockups and prototypes
• Help back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting

• Collaborate with internal teams to define user interface requirements
• Combine various colors, shapes and typography fonts to improve user experience
• Paint by hand and use drawing applications to design original graphics
• Use visual design software to refine illustrations

• Present rough drafts to product managers and/or key stakeholders to gain approval

• Proven work experience as a Visual Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of related works (e.g. logos, animations and graphics)
• Hands-on experience with image editing and digital sketching software, like Photoshop, Indesign and Adobe Illustrator
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
