Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Achieving and exceeding the sales targets (End to End Sales).
• Lead generation through cold calling.
• Identify opportunities through Web interaction, Tele calling, marketing events & advertisements to generate appointments.
• Record and maintain the quality of leads and ensure the progression of leads from identification to closure.
• Maintain a quality pipeline by targeting the right set of audiences and weekly closure by continuous follow-up.
• Providing counseling to students and helping them choose the right learning module.
• Willing to travel within city limits convincing the customers (i.e. parents) to invest in the Toppscholars learning app to improve their children's quality of education and academic result by establishing the unique value proposition of the Toppscholars learning app.
• Ensuring end-to-end delivery and sustaining the given targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with team-mates and customers to identify problems and solutions in working toward completion of project goal. • Develop technical specifications based on functional requirements • Initiator and communicator – Drive communication with potential customers through effective product demonstrations, understand their needs, and provide feedback to product teams. • Develop components of the technical solution • Help/co-ordinate with teammates in the creation of custom components and applications • Perform tests according to a given test plan and documents results • Perform basic support and debugging in test and production environment • Identify and escalate problems • Maintain and repair existing applications

Desired Skills:

• Work Experience in Sitecore's latest version • Good experience with .Net 4.5, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, MVC, Web services, SQL Server • Good knowledge of Sitecore CMS Strong knowledge of Visual Studio, TFS, and at least one of the .NET languages (Vb.Net, C#, ASP.NET) • Hands-on experience in .Net Core. • Deep understanding of the web: protocols, architecture, infrastructure, servers (IIS), proxies, load balancing, high availability, and databases, etc. • Deep understanding of modern patterns and practices: unit testing, inversion of control, repository, MVC and continuous integration, etc. • Good to have- Knowledge in Sitecore 10.0/ Sitecore Headless Architecture

Senior Full Stack Engineer

• 3+ years of relevant experience in software development building web applications
• Demonstrated technical capability developing applications using Node JS, Express/NestJS/SailsJS, and any industry-standard RDBMS
• Well acquainted with cutting edge front-end frameworks like React, Javascript dialects like ES6, TypeScript
• CSS frameworks like Bootstrap, Foundation HTML5, CSS3 and tools like Gulp/Webpack
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
• Enjoys and gets energized by complex problem solving and ability to push the innovation on solutions
• Ability to work both independently and in various team settings

• Bachelors/Master Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in developing web-based, E-Commerce applications on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
• SFCC Developer certification is preferred.
• Knowledge on SGJC and SFRA is must.
• Experience in working with ISML, Pipelines, Pipelets, JS-Controllers, Digital Scripts,

B2C Commerce API.

• Experience in working with Forms, Service and Job / Integration frameworks.
• Strong understanding on SFCC out of the box features and good experience with storefront customizations.
• Experience in working with third party services like Payment, Tax, Analytics, Fraud, Ratings & Reviews etc. using LINK and custom cartridges.
• Good understanding on multi-site, multi-currency and multi-locale.
• Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Experience in working on performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge on SFCC Business Manager.
• Knowledge on build and deployment.
• Knowledge on Source Control Management Systems like GitHub/BitBucket and branching model.
