Job Title: Digital Project Manager

Location: Mumbai

Experience Level: (3+ years)

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager with approximately 3 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid understanding of digital platforms and technologies, strong client communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to delivery.

As a client-facing role, your ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken is critical. You’ll work closely with internal tech and design teams as well as external clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end digital projects across websites, mobile apps, backend systems, CRM integrations, and more
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable project plans
• Coordinate internal teams, including developers, designers, QA, and content managers
• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resource plans; track progress and manage scope changes
• Lead regular status meetings and provide clear documentation and reporting
• Identify risks and proactively manage issues to ensure successful delivery
• Ensure quality assurance at all stages of the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility and provide realistic estimates and solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital project management
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, including web development, mobile apps, backend platforms, APIs, and CRM systems
• Proven experience managing multiple digital projects simultaneously
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Experience working in client-facing roles, ideally within an agency or digital solutions environment
• Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack)
• Ability to create clear and structured documentation and presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Knowledge of tools such as Figma, WordPress, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented C# Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop applications that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and the .NET framework.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define software requirements.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services.
• Troubleshoot and debug existing applications.

Responsibilities -

• Working closely with the manager or assigned inside-sales rep, and completing all allocated tasks.
• Conducting desktop research, gathering prospect information through LinkedIn or using tools on the Web.
• Observing and carrying out inside sales processes.
• Joining sales calls and helping them in recording main points.
• Research and generate lists of potential customers or companies.
• Provide input on customer briefs and help sales rep with presentations.

• Establish and implement training processes and strategies for the technical team with support from the L&D team and CTO
• Be part of the recruitment and training of exceptional employees to fulfil posted positions within the tech team
• Update and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation

Qualifications 

• A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Strong credentials in software development and troubleshooting
• Demonstrated understanding of the software development lifecycle and Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience in mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork 
• Experience in applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for project management
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
• Professional Project Management Certification is an added advantage

As a PM Tech, you will work closely with:

• Developer with 3-5 years of well-proven experience in Web UI & middleware REST API development using NodeJS and ReactJS
• Must be well versed with using anonymous functions, Prototypes, Call-back functions, promises in Node JS

• Must be able to create and consume data from REST services.
• Experience in Babel and Webpack
• Must be familiar with Github and GitLab
• Must have strong experience in MYSQL, Postgres relational databases and MongoDB.
