Key Accountabilities:
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Lead the day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns across ad platforms

- Responsible for sharing knowledge and information with the performance marketing team and internal stakeholders
- Responsible for identifying, pitching and successfully winning new paid business for Eridium
- Work closely with current Engage clients, highlighting opportunities to upsell and expand on current relationships
- Constantly identify opportunities and methods to increase efficiencies through automation and tools
- Manage daily performance reports and share insights with the team to achieve targets
- Responsible for a successful track record of measuring and maximizing ROI across a variety of performance marketing channels and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, preferably in the Digital Marketing arena
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Experience managing, planning and optimising multiple live campaigns simultaneously
- Ability to translate complex data concepts to easy to understand digestible decks
- Sound experience in managing multiple projects
- Proficiency with all ad platforms (Search, Social, and Programmatic)
- Proven track record of creating and managing successful performance-based campaigns across various channels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
- Must be up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing

WHAT YOU DO:
- Interface with business customers, gathering and understanding requirements
- Interface with customer and Genesys data science teams in discovery, extraction, loading, data transformation, and analysis of results

ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Data Science or Data Engineering
- 2+ years of hands-on experience performing statistical data analysis across large datasets writing highly optimized SQL queries and utilizing Python (NumPy, Pandas) or similar software (Primary)
- Expertise with major statistical & analytical software like (Python or R or SAS) - Primary
- Experience in Snowflake, Tableau, Elasticsearch, Kibana and real time analytics solution development will be major plus (Secondary)
- Should have the application development background of using any contact center product suites such as Genesys, Avaya, Cisco etc.
- Expertise with data modelling, data warehousing and ETL/ELT development
