What you need to apply:
- At least 1 year of experience in international IT sales.
- Hands-on experience in interacting with international clients.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or jointly in a self-directed way.
- Determining the potential business opportunities.
- Should have knowledge about the services and industry to understand the client's needs and pitch the right solutions accordingly.
- Implementing new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email, research, and social media to introduce company product and services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Generating leads by working on researching a prospect company and/or by cold calling.
- Supporting the sales team in the daily administrative tasks.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Conduct a need analysis and determine prospects pain points.
- You will help to create identify and track sales leads, generate sales report.
- Should be comfortable and fluent on both written and verbal communications via calls/emails and chats. He/She will be working closely with sales team.
- Prepare a pitch and help deliver the necessary details of IT Companies to prospect lead by assisting the business delivery team.
- Good knowledge of latest tech stacks in Digital Service, mobile and Web Technologies
- Work with Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
- Responsible for overall AOP target achievement.
- Responsible for leading a team involved in direct Fixed Battery\2W sales.
- Driving BTL and local sales activities through team.
- Travelling across locations to focus on opportunities for Sales and Growth.
- Hiring, Leading, Managing and motivating Sales team to drive growth numbers.
- Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
- Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
- Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
- Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services.
- Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
- Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
