JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

• Collaborates with art directors, copywriters, and competency partners to uphold creative standards and brand image in the execution of all projects
• Regularly attends and participates in kickoffs and team meetings
• Meets with the group creative director, lead art director, along with the writer, to discuss concepts and creative strategy, ensuring that they deliver against the objectives
• Synthesizes key project information and applies the resulting knowledge in developing effective and imaginative layouts that support the project's objectives
• Supports creative concepts by providing visual reference as requested
• Executes creative in multiple mediums appropriate to the client's needs
• Designs impactful and engaging layouts, working within the brand's standards and meeting the specifications of the creative brief
• Organizes personal work time effectively and works with project manager, ensuring all team members have the necessary time to review copy decks and proofs
• Contributes to building a positive agency culture, building positive working relationships with internal team, other departments, and clients
• Utilizes excellent design and art direction abilities to consistently develop and execute strategically sound and portfolio-worthy work
• Shows grasp of subject matter and technical proficiency in assigned medium
• Ensures deliverables integrate with all other tactics within a campaign
• Keeps group creative director, Creative teammates, and project manager up to date on project status

Job Description for Site Engineer

Oversee solar installation projects from planning to execution.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize site operations.

Troubleshoot and resolve any site-related issues.

Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar energy systems installation and maintenance.

Strong knowledge of solar technology, components, and project planning.

Familiarity with site engineering practices specific to solar energy solutions.

Relevant certifications in solar or renewable energy systems are advantageous.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills to ensure project success

Desired Profile:

• Experience with other ITSM software (BMC, Landesk, Cherwell, Heat, Axios, HP,etc.)
• Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules
• System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
• Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
• Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow Create and manage scripts and workflow
• Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Orchestration and other applications like ServiceWatch, GRC etc.
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system. Fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB  
• Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholder
• Experience with ServiceNow's ServiceWatch and/or Discovery tools
• Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes
• Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations
• Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly

About the role

As a marketing manager, you will completely own the marketing channels of PixelMath. Your main objective as the Marketing Manager would be create and manage content which reaches the right people and increases the brand awareness.

This is a full-stack marketing role where you will take full control of of the marketing channels and execute on all fronts-

1. SEO- Improving the SEO of PixelMath by working on on-page and off-page SEO. You should be able to think about ideas for the kind of content we should publish.
2. Social Media- Create and publish content for Facebook and Instagram, build and increase engagement with the target audience.
3. Ads- Google AdWords + Facebook Ads
4. Community- Drive engagement in the existing community of students
