• Architect, build, and scale high-performance, real-time applications across the entire stack.
• Design robust backend services, APIs, and distributed systems that power millions of users.
• Build fast, responsive, and polished user experiences with a strong focus on performance and usability.
• Optimize databases, caching layers, and application architecture for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Lead technical design discussions, make architectural decisions, and mentor fellow engineers.

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to build impactful user experiences.
• Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.) to maximize engineering productivity.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade software.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript across frontend and backend development.
• Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design, and scalable architecture.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, indexing strategies, query optimization, and database internals.
• Experience building scalable REST APIs and real-time systems.
• Familiarity with caching, asynchronous processing, networking, and distributed systems.
• Experience using modern AI coding tools to accelerate development workflows.
• Strong attention to engineering quality, including latency, reliability, race conditions, bundle size, and user experience.
• Ability to balance speed with maintainability, making thoughtful engineering trade-offs.
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and a product mindset.

Strong Full-Stack/Frontend Developer Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 2+ years of frontend development experience with React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+);

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have 6 months+ experience of backend development with any backend language (Project will also work)

Preferred (Experience) – Exposure to GCP/AWS/DevOps and cloud-native development

Job Description

Reporting to our global VP of Commercial the Customer Success team lead will be responsible for all aspects of customer success, including:

• Successful onboarding of professionals to buy their first pack
• Delivery of a high standard of customer success maintaining a single view per customer across channels
• Defining and leading the implementation of our customer success policies
• Selection and management of our customer success software
• Maintenance of the help site(s) and template responses - updating as new features become available
• Recruitment, training, and performance management of customer success staff

Requirements

• Experience in a high volume customer service environment
• Experience hiring and developing customer success staff
• A can-do attitude to get things done efficiently and resolve user queries in a single contact
• Excellent communication style and ability to stay calm under pressure
