PHP Developer

We are looking for a strong Java Developer to join our team! As a Java Developer, you will have to have a strong under-
standing of Java and the different frameworks like Spring, etc., and have experience working on Cloud and Containers.

The Developer will perform duties and tasks to support a complete life cycle management (example: Analysis, Technical
Requirements, Design, Coding, Testing and implementation of Systems, etc.).
The Developer will work closely with the Product and Technical teams across different regions primarily Europe and will

be part of an Agile Team. The role includes research and Continuous Development of new Products based on new Tech-
nologies. This position collaborates with the operations team routinely and henceforth excellent English communication

skills (bothwritten and verbal) are essential.

Duties & Responsibilities
 Conducts systems and requirements analysis, creates and contributes to task lists, cost and time analysis
 Performs assigned functions and tasks to meet project plan and quality review requirements.
 Raises issues as appropriate to support effective resolutions.
 Analyzes specifications and user requirements to perform assigned applications development work.
 Assists with system and componentdesigns to meet requirements.
 Participates and documents design and code reviews to improve quality.
 Analyzes, designs, codes, tests, and documents to develop application software.

 Develops unit tests and unit test plans to deliver quality code.
 Performs applications maintenance and support functions to support problem resolution.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT related field
• 4-7 years of experience working across different product domains in a product development/engineering role

• Good communication skills necessary to manage business requests and work with different teams across differ-
ent geographies and time-zones; experience working with remote and distributed teams will be an added ad-
vantage

• Hands-on working knowledge and experience is requiredin:
a. Java (Spring, Spring Boot, etc.)
b. Experience working in GCP or AWS or Azure
c. Experience working in Containers & Unix Platforms
d. Relational Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL, etc.)
e. Messaging (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka etc.)
f. Agile Methodologies (Scrum, TDD, BDD, etc.)
g. Understanding of Microservices Architecture, Domain Driver Design, Test Driven Development and
Secure Design patterns and architecture is a must
h. Data Structures and Algorithms using Java or other Programing Languages

• Experience with several of the following tools/technologies is desirable:
a. GIT (Bit Bucket, Gitlab, etc.), Jira, Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, SharePoint, Eclipse/IntelliJ.

c. Design Patterns and implementing the Design Patterns
d. Development of Complex Application and System Architectures

Key Responsibilities:

● At least 5 years' experience that includes at least 3 years of experience as Salesforce
developer in translating business requirements into working solutions using Salesforce
● Architect, design, implement, test and deliver applications and systems in Salesforce.
● Design and implement solutions to automate development tasks, releases, and
maintenance of the Salesforce platform.
● Build internal solutions, with custom front ends (web, mobile) and backend services that
automate business processes.
● Integrate third party products into internal systems as well as support and upgrade
implemented systems. Author design documents and present design reviews
● Work in an agile development environment making regular incremental progress. Partner
with LAM developers, Business Analysts in NYC to define and implement solutions that
improve internal business processes
● Expertise in batch, queueable and scheduled jobs, future methods, Apex and triggers
● Build shareable components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and lightning framework like –
Aura and / or Lightning Web Components
● In depth understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules, Validation Rules,
Tasks, Workflow rules, and Triggers, etc.
● Experience with developer practices for code bulkification to adhere to Salesforce
governor limits on such items as SOQL queries
● Ability to communicate effectively with the team
● Ability to identify gaps in functional/business requirements and should be able to
effectively communicate this to both Business analysts, Project lead / manager
● Experience Salesforce CRM with Sales & Service Cloud

Desired Qualifications:
● 5+ years of experience in coding with minimum 3 years in Salesforce
● Must have in Java/Web Services development.
● Must have 1+ year of Lightning Web Component & 2+ years of Aura (Lightning)
Component experience.
● Must have Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and / or Salesforce Advanced Developer
certification.
● Masters / Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant
engineering field.
● 3+ years Java development experience including solid experience in HTML, JavaScript,
jQuery, JSON, XML, REST, SOAP, CSS, SOQL & SOSL.
● 1+ year of experience with integrations using REST, SOAP Webservices.

Good understanding of core java, collections, exception handling, class loading and multi-threading.

Solid understanding of OOPS concepts and design methodology - good to have Inheritance, aggregation, and composition

Experience with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and Restful API development

Familiarity with build tools such as Ant, Maven, Gradle, and Docker

Sprint BOOT/ MVC framework - Basics (understanding of various Spring Boot components), Spring Initializer, Spring Boot Starters, and Spring Boot Annotations & DevTools

REST and Microservices - Microservices Basics (Concepts, understanding of API Gateway, Service Registry, fault tolerance, load balancing, Config Server)

Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes, queries, and procedures

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git / Mercurial / SVN) and familiarity with Continuous integration and deployment
