Job Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Mumbai (WFO all 5 days)

• 3+ years of Java/ J2EE/ Java EE web application development experience

• Hands on experience with Java EE technologies – Knowledge of JSP, EJB Is a must

• Should have hands on experience on Struts framework

• Should have sound knowledge of Desing patterns and it’s usage in enterprise grade application

• Proficient experience using JSP and JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Angular

• Familiarity with one or more Java application servers – JBoss, WebLogic, IBM WebSphere

• Beginner or Intermediate level SQL skillset (developing queries and stored procedures)

• Understanding of source control systems and best practices (Subversion is a must - Bitbucket a plus)

• Understanding of relational as well as non-relational databases

Responsibilities:

• Development of modular, testable, and scalable components within J2EE framework

• Manage interview on telephones or personal meeting to figure out the matched qualities, before processing it to the hiring manager or key interview panel.
• Assist in arranging face-to-face interview with higher management.
• Assist the managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate to make the final selection of the candidate.
• Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the employee in consultation with the higher management.
• Check the background of candidates followed by employment reference checking.
• Carry out pre-employment tests like medical test, intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, etc.
• Report to the manager on the status of the interview and selection process.
• Work according to the rules, regulations and recruitment strategies of the organization.
• Suggest new approaches towards developing better recruitment policies.
• Arrange several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company website, newspaper, job vacancy journals, etc.
• Monitor the need for new employees for a particular post.
• Suggest effective employee benefit schemes to enhance the organization's effectiveness.
• Be aware of the healthcare job market trends.
• Analyze and review the effectiveness of the selected candidates and take corrective steps if goals are not met.

ML Engineer-Analyst/ Senior Analyst

Job purpose:

To design and develop machine learning and deep learning systems. Run machine learning tests andexperiments and implementing appropriate ML algorithms. Works cross-functionally with the Data Scientists, Software application developers and business groups for the development of innovative ML models. Use Agile experience to work collaboratively with other Managers/Owners in geographically distributed teams.

Accountabilities:

• Work with Data Scientists and Business Analysts to frame problems in a business context. Assist all the processes from data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing, to training models and deploying them to production.

• Understand business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress.

• Explore and visualize data to gain an understanding of it, then identify differences in data distribution that could affect performance when deploying the model in the real world.

• Define validation strategies, preprocess or feature engineering to be done on a given dataset and data augmentation pipelines.

• Analyze the errors of the model and design strategies to overcome them.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build data and model pipelines, manage the infrastructure and data pipelines needed to bring code to production and demonstrate end-to-end understanding of applications (including, but not limited to, the machine learning algorithms) being created.

Qualifications & Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering /Computer Science/ Math/ Statistics or equivalent. Master's degree in relevant specification will be first preference

• Experience of machine learning algorithms and libraries
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture.
• Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
• Experience with machine learning platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Watson, and Amazon

• Big data environment: Hadoop, Spark
• Programming languages: Python, R, PySpark
• Supervised & Unsupervised machine learning: linear regression, logistic regression, k-means

clustering, ensemble models, random forest, svm, gradient boosting

• Sampling data: bagging & boosting, bootstrapping
• Neural networks: ANN, CNN, RNN related topics
• Deep learning: Keras, Tensorflow
• Experience with AWS Sagemaker deployment and agile methodology

• 6+ years of experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Maintain and configure MongoDB (developer)
• Keep clear documentation of the database setup and architecture.
• Backup and Disaster Recovery management.
• Adept with all the best practices and design patterns in MongoDB for designing document schemas.
• Good grasp of MongoDB’s aggregation framework.
• Ensure that the databases achieve maximum performance and availability.
• Design indexing strategies.
• Configure, monitor, and deploy replica sets.
• Should have experience with MongoDB Atlas.
• Should have minimum experience with development and performance tuning.
• Create roles and users and set their permissions.
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills and critical thinking skills

• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare domain
• To understand the problem statements which includes Change Requests
• To closely interact with Clients, Design and Development Team Members and Testing team
• Good Communications in English
• Should be familiar to Agile methodologies
