Role: Ad Sales Manager / Assistant Manager

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

● Ensure performance, strategy and alignment of the company's revenue-generating departments

● Establishing guiding sales organizational principles for managing performance

● Mapping key clients and agencies in the region for pitching the company advertising / marketing solutions

● Build trusted relationships, and clearly articulate key value propositions, processes and performance for the region

● Manage team and ensure they learn and deliver the set KRA's

● Execute the sales strategies, manage sales sales territories and leverage the right resources to optimize the results

• Strong with Dotntecore/Dotnet

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Azure functions

• Expert knowledge with C#

Key Accountability;

• Performs implementation of high level design and specifications.

• Develops low level design, class diagrams, flow charts.

• Performs Unit testing of individually developed components and fix errors, if any

• Assist in preparation of design, technical reference & operational documentation, packaging document in collaboration with the Lead.

• Strives for technology innovation in terms of exploring new and efficient ways of writing code

• Is responsible for writing simple, reusable code by following coding standards

• Ensure proper documentation of implementation and reviews.

• Ensure timely follow ups and escalations with leads with respect to any process gaps/risks/impediments.

• Build hypotheses: It starts with identifying the problems by doing in-depth research with customers and cross-validating it with data analysis. We are razor-focused on solving the right problems:

• Help build the team: Participate in hiring cross-functional team members for different roles

Responsibilities

• Developing new user-facing features using ReactJS
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Building robust applications that can handle both unexpected errors and heavy load

• 3+years experience in Reactjs
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Typescript
• Strong Knowledge of Redux/React Context/Hooks
• Strong Knowledge of frontend end technologies such as HTML/CSS
• Experience developing with responsive applications
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools like Webpack or Create React App
• Familiarity with Git

You will work with our team and end clients to ensure that the customer requirements are implemented on-time and on-budget. You will coordinate with the rest of the CRM-solutions team to handle sales engineering, support, and technology transformation initiatives.
