🔧 About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Architect with a strong engineering background and hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable products. The ideal candidate must have core experience in AdTech platforms, product architecture, and engineering leadership.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and oversee the implementation of scalable and high-performance AdTech products.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define technical direction.
• Own the end-to-end architecture decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Review code, mentor engineers, and enforce engineering best practices.
• Drive technical innovation and optimize system design for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead architecture discussions for RTB systems, data pipelines, ad servers, or bidding platforms.

✅ Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development and system design.
• Proven experience in building scalable backend systems in high-traffic environments.
• Strong programming skills in Node.js, Java, or Python.
• In-depth understanding of AdTech ecosystem – including DSPs, SSPs, RTB, DMPs, Ad servers, etc.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred), CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in handling data-intensive pipelines using tools like Kafka, Spark, or similar.
• Familiarity with performance tuning, monitoring tools, and high availability systems.

• Experience working in startups or fast-paced product teams.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) related to online advertising.
• Prior experience in leading cross-functional engineering teams.

• Proven track record of improving client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Write clear quality code for SketchUp plugins using Ruby and JS
• Interact with the software architecture team and convert ideas into workable features
• Interact with UX designers and convert the designs to workable UI
• Interact with REST APIs to fetch and push data
• Detect and troubleshoot software issues at the code level

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Ruby and JavaScript
• Working knowledge of SketchUp 2018 (or higher) is a huge advantage
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• 3+ years of development experience

About the Role

Initiate and drive technical decisions on a multi-functional, Agile team alongside product management, product design, and engineering

Work closely with product to translate abstract business and product requirements into crisp technical specifications along with a delivery roadmap

Resolve blockers and help the team stay productive

Perform code and design reviews

Take part in building the team and iterating on hiring processes

Must have Requirements for the Role

8+ years of experience in a highly technical role at hyper-growth startup or fast-paced company and 2+ years of experience leading a team

Production level experience with Node.js or Go mandatory.

Experience building highly available and performant applications in any major programming language (e.g. Node.js, Go, Javascript)

In-depth knowledge and experience working with major cloud platform (e.g. AWS (must have experience))

Experience leading product teams

You are a good communicator who can explain technical concepts to product managers, designers, support and other engineers

Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment and with geographically distributed teamsIn-depth knowledge of database and web security

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js and React Native. His/her primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js and React Native.
• Work with Bright's design team to build excellent UI components.
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Architect, build and maintain excellent javascript/React Native applications with clean code.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixesReact Native moves fast and often breaks things.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
