Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager with strong exposure to software development to drive product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring delivery of scalable, high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver end-to-end product solutions.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.

Work with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features and releases.

Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure product scalability, performance, and technical feasibility.

Coordinate with stakeholders for product launches and go-to-market strategies.

• Maintain product documentation including PRDs, technical documents, and release notes.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Hands-on experience or exposure to programming languages (Python preferred most )

Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system design concepts.

Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical challenges.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years of experience using Python to design software solutions.
• Mandatory (Skills 1): Strong working experience with Python (with Django framework experience) and Microservices architecture is a must.
• Mandatory (Skills 2): Must have experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka
• Mandatory (Skills 3): Must have Experience in DevOps practices and container orchestration using Kubernetes, along with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Mandatory (Company): Product companies, Experience working in fintech, banking, or product companies is a plus.
• Mandatory (Education): From IIT (Candidate should have done bachelor degree Btech or Dual degree Btech+Mtech or Intergrated Msc), From other premium institutes NIT, MNNIT, VITS, BITS (Candidates should have done B.E/B.Tech)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development and maintenance of automatic regression tests suites used in the product delivery process
• Development and maintenance of testing frameworks supporting the automatic regression testing
• Management and tracking of automatic regression test suite execution
• You will own some or all of a product/feature. You will also mentor others, read and review code, maintain code, deploy code, and tune the performance of systems.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• We’re looking for 2 - 4 years of experience. However, the number is irrelevant if you have the necessary skills.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, JDBC, Spring MVC & Boot, Hibernate, PL/SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery, Ajax
• Good exposure to RESTful API concept and JSON
• Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS.

We are looking for Senior Software Engineer with expertise and experience in designing, developing and testing applications including new developments, enhancements, maintenance and support. The role involves continuous collaboration with team, partners.

Qualifications

Experience

Requirements

• Obsession with lean, clean and organized code

• Solid Understanding of HTTP protocol and how server-side code is processed on the client
