Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and attract top talent for a fast-growing, technology-driven company. This is a hands-on, strategic role requiring experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, onboarding, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, including UAV pilots, GIS specialists, survey engineers, field staff, and corporate roles.

● Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and talent agencies.

● Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, define job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.

● Screen, interview, and assess candidates for suitability, ensuring alignment with company culture and role requirements.

● Maintain HR records, applicant tracking, and recruitment dashboards Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technology, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.

● Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and talent sourcing strategies.

● Familiarity with ATS systems, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously. Preferred Attributes

● Prior experience recruiting for technical roles such as GIS specialists, survey engineers, UAV pilots, or project managers.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition partner to join our team in identifying, screening, and hiring top talent across roles for CIS Clients across India ,KSA ,UAE .

TA will be responsible for sourcing both active and passive candidates and cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent through innovative outreach methods. Proactively build talent pipelines for Tech and functional roles .Create successful sourcing strategies using multiple resources tailored to individual business needs and markets .

Conduct detailed candidate screening conversations to qualify prospects for roles /Maintain pipeline funnel metrics and KPI's Create and own an amazing candidate and new hire experience!

Good communications ,Networking attitude , who can work aggressively to achieve hiring targets

5-8 years of relevant Technical recruitment/TA experience (range depends on company seniority) Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding.

What we want you to do

• This role will comprise 70% TA & 30% of either functions (Admin/HR-Ops/Employee Engagement) depending upon the candidates skill set..
• Work with different department heads to understand the hiring requirement 
• Curate Job posts on Various platform 
• Recording keeping of resumes
• Maintain database of candidates
• Screen Resume as per requirement of the role. 
• Speaking to potential candidates & explaining them the JD
• Schedule Interviews via online meeting portals or face to face interviews.
• Ensure timely feedback from the interview panels. 
• Keep good rapport with the candidates.
• Closing the hiring process

What are we looking in you

• Graduate or PG degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
• Prior experience as an HR Recruiter
• Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, training, talent management ,etc.)
• Experience with resume databases and ATS
• Sound knowledge of the end to end recruitment process.
• Strong verbal as well as written communication skills. Good proficiency in English. 
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills

  Write and post technical job descriptions 

  Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes 

  Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities 

  Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) 

  Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs 

  Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates 

  Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals 

  Compose job offer letters
