Role Overview :-

As a WordPress Developer at Arcitech AI, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing WordPress websites that are visually appealing, fully responsive, and optimized for performance. You will work closely with designers and senior developers, assisting in both front-end and back-end tasks. Job Responsibilities :-

a) Assist in developing and maintaining WordPress websites

b) Customize existing themes and plugins as per design requirements

c) Integrate paid WordPress plugins and customize them based on project needs

d) Implement UI designs using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript

e) Work with page builders such as Elementor and Gutenberg

f) Assist in WooCommerce website setup, including product management and basic configurations

g) Support WooCommerce payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.)

h) Fix basic bugs, UI issues, and layout inconsistencies

i) Ensure responsive design across multiple devices and screen sizes

Job Requirements :-

a) 2–3 years of hands-on WordPress development experience

b) Strong knowledge of WordPress core, hooks, and architecture

c) Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

d) Experience with page builders such as Elementor, Gutenberg, etc.

e) Experience with MySQL and database handling

f) Understanding of hosting environments, deployment, basic server configurations, and DNS configuration (domain pointing, nameservers, records)

g) Ability to develop custom WordPress plugins or extend existing plugins when required

h) Experience creating and managing Custom Post Types using ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)

i) Hands-on experience with WordPress security plugins such as Wordfence or similar

j) Strong experience in WooCommerce website development, including product setup, customization, and payment integration.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess the financial statements and credit history of existing and potential clients.
• Review credit applications and perform credit checks.
• Structure deals and perform risk assessments.
•  present analysis, findings, and recommendations to managers, especially findings that involve a borrower's ability to repay.
• Ability to make informed decisions backed by sound assessment.
• Consult and negotiate with clients regarding financial transactions, payment terms, and credit limits.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and submit applications on time.
• Financial forecasting.
• Practice due diligence.
• Keep up to date with the company's lending protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related fields.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and general computer use.
• Ability to effectively manage competing deadlines for projects in a high-pressure work environment, with varying degrees of supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data.
• Impeccable understanding of financial statements, ratios, and concepts.

• Strong experience in developing enterprise web applications. 
• Expertise on the Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, SQL Server) 
• Candidates should have solid understanding of object-oriented programming and programming principles NET, C ,MVC, XML, MS Sql Database debugging and analysing code. 
• Candidates should have experience with SDLC to include the following stages requirements analysis design coding testing documentation and implementation. 
• Experience with .Net core Web API MVC C# Entity Framework 
• Troubleshooting & analysing skills. 
• Development experience required for Continuous improvement program. 
• Good problem-solving capabilities in Developed applications. 
• Exposure to Angular is an added advantage

6) Experience working in an Agile environment.

• Work with other engineers to develop and test tools and applications used by team on daily basis
• Play a significant role in the ongoing evolution and refinement of current tools and applications
• Triage, troubleshoot, escalate and provide resolution to production issues.
• Reproduce, document and escalate product defects to the Engineering Team.
• Provide well-thought out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms, to help customers.
• Take ownership of customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution or escalation.
• Identify and escalate priority issues that need immediate attention.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams which requires strong presentation skills and attention to details
  
  
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent work experience. MS degree is preferred.
• 9+ years development experience in JAVA (using OO Design and Analysis, Design Patterns, etc.)
• High experience in Java 8 Required.
• 4+ years’ experience building highly scalable, distributed and reliable Restful Web Services using Spring, Jersey, etc.
• Should have knowledge on Cloud applications preferably on AWS.
• Knowledge on building Front end applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with relational DBs like MySQL and NoSQL Database like MongoDB, Solr/Lucene will be a plus.
• Experience with Tomcat, Jax-RS, REST, JPA, IntelliJ, Groovy, Hibernate is must.
• Experience with build technologies like Gradle, Jenkins will be a plus.
• Experience with Test Driven Development using TestNG/Junit testing frameworks.
• Experience working with version control like GIT.
