What You’ll Be Doing
● First-Level Support: Provide prompt and effective solutions for network, hardware, software, and application issues within our Hyderabad office.
● Remote Assistance: Offer support to employees in our global offices through remote troubleshooting and problem resolution.
● Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors for equipment orders, warranty tracking, and service arrangements.
● Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of office equipment inventory and assignments, ensuring regular updates.
● Windows OS Proficiency: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
● Basic Server Administration: Perform tasks related to Windows Server to support network connectivity, accessibility, and user management.
● Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network problems, including connectivity issues, subnets, and VLANs.
● VPN Management: Manage and troubleshoot various client VPN connections to ensure secure and stable remote access.
● Remote Client Support: Troubleshoot issues with VMware, Microsoft Remote Desktop, Citrix, and other remote access tools.
● Cybersecurity Awareness: Promote best security practices and raise cybersecurity awareness among staff.
● Ticketing System Management: Monitor and track support requests using the internal ticketing system, ensuring timely resolutions.
● Issue Escalation: Promptly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or vendors.
● Independent Problem-Solving: Work autonomously to resolve problems efficiently.
● Documentation: Interact effectively with end-users and document all support activities.
