- Monitor cloud services, network health and respond to hardware issues as they arise;
- Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
- Address the user requests and other teams’ members requirement with troubleshooting to identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
- Perform routine and scheduled audits of all systems, including backups

Responsibilities for System Administrator
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions

Qualifications for System Administrator
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
- 3-5 years of database, network administration, or system administration experience
- System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus
- Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Experience with scripting and automation tools

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled AI Project Field Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing AI projects on-site, ensuring the seamless deployment and operation of AI models and systems. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer focus.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage AI projects on customer sites, ensuring timely and successful deployment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 Telephony, some Network support, and
escalations from Level
• Technical support for phone systems (PBX on-prem and Cloud based), network issues (Internal and ISP), SIP issues etc.
• Understanding of Network Support for Switching, Wireless and routers
• Log tickets and assist end users with technical queries, or escalate to the appropriate team
• Deployment, implementation, and ongoing support of telephony
solutions/systems with assistance of onsite tech team

Required Qualifications
• 3-5+ years working in a Help Desk or IT support environment
• 2-3+ years of phone system/PBX experience
• 2-3+ years of SIP experience
• 2-3+ years of Network troubleshooting experience for LAN/WAN
• Some desirable telephony qualifications or experience in any of the
following: Ericsson-LG Aria iPECS, 3CX, Avaya, Cisco Webex, Asterisk
(Training will be provided on major solutions that we use)
• Understanding of networking along with experience in any of the following: HPE Aruba, HPE, Cisco,, Meraki, Juniper, Cambium, Fortinet
• Excellent verbal and written skills to both customers and internal staff
