Position Summary
The Senior HR Executive - People Experience will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional employee experiences across onboarding, recruitment, engagement, and HRMS management. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively to ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with CNH’s core values.
Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deliver induction programs.
- Facilitate documentation, verification, and orientation sessions for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during onboarding.
2. Recruitment
- Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Maintain a talent pipeline by leveraging social media platforms, job portals, and referral programs.
- Conduct pre-employment checks and reference verifications to ensure quality hiring.
3. Employee Engagement
- Design and implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention.
- Plan and execute initiatives such as town halls, team-building activities, and feedback surveys.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide resolution to concerns in a timely manner.
- Analyze engagement metrics to recommend and implement improvements.
4. HRMS Management
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee data in the HRMS system.
- Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in HR functions, including onboarding, recruitment, employee engagement, and HRMS.
- Proficient in HRMS tools, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

will be responsible for happiness and engagement of schools using the company's app.
The north star metrics for this role are logo and revenue retention.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. CSM Platform (Totango)
• Develop a deep understanding of Totango and build internal training modules
• Own the implementation, updation and maintenance of Totango
• Drive the adoption of Totango and train the School Success team on the same
2. Drive engagement of schools on the company's app
• Map out a school’s journey with the company's app and build, implement and constantly improve
upon engagement playbooks for these stages
• Develop % implement framework for School Success Managers to engage with their
schools
• Work with the content & design teams to generate resources for schools
• Identify at-risk schools and build playbooks to keep them engaged
• Identify mid- to highly engaged schools and build playbooks to increase their
engagement
• Conduct NPS/ surveys/ CSATS and analyse scores to identify gaps
• Build and implement playbooks for the adoption of new features

Role: Angular Developer
Positions: 4
- Experience 3 to 5 years
- Strong front-end development skills, experience with JavaScript libraries/frameworks mainly Angular JS Preferably Version 7 or Version 5
- Experience working with server-side JavaScript Frameworks and build tools (node.js, bower, grunt, gulp)
- Demonstrable experience developing large-scale applications using one or more MV* patterns (MVVM, MVC, MVP)
- Expertise in developing single page web applications using front-end routing, consuming JSON-based RESTful APIs, client-side templating
- Strong competency in responsive layouts leveraging CSS and media queries and related UI frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation)
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS)
- Experience with code analysis tools (e.g., JSLint, JSPerf)
- Practical knowledge of web page optimization techniques and guidelines for fast page load times
- Strong understanding of Ajax and/or promises
- Experience working in an agile, multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working with a distributed version control system (git, mercurial)
- Experience writing unit tests in one or more of the following: karma, mocha, chai, sinon, jasmine, jest
- Experience working on AWS. Basic understanding of Security Groups/ VPC etc.
- Experience on working with & integrating with microservices
- Experience on developing/ using CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins/ Git

Technical Requirements
- Strong experience in Core Java 8 and above, Collections and Data structures.
