Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving our talent acquisition strategy and
ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent to support our company's growth and objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Utilize various channels and platforms to proactively source, engage and build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements, cultural fit and potential for long-term success within the organization.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience while effectively evaluating candidates' skills, qualifications and potential.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop competitive and compelling offers, negotiate terms and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract top talent.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the supervisor, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and innovative recruitment strategies and continuously seek opportunities to enhance and optimize the talent acquisition process.
• Build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR colleagues and leadership, to ensure alignment and success in talent acquisition efforts.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting and hiring top-tier talent across various functions and levels.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition trends and employment laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and discretion, with a commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also being able to work autonomously and drive results independently.
Key responsibilities:
● Work closely with the design and product teams to help craft conversational experiences for our users
● Ability to work independently to deliver features that the team design
● You need to own outcomes without someone watching over you
● Understand the data we have and identify how we could leverage it to create more personalised experiences for our users.
● Fine tune models with data specific to our use case
● Use different RAG approaches to augment data that the LLM already has
● Ability to be a leader and independent contributor (we’re a startup so be ready to do whatever it takes)
● Setup new workflow, systems and tool from the ground up (you will have support, but we’re building things from scratch)
Requirements:
● 3+ years of experience
● Experience working with LLMs and Generative AI
● Experience building conversational bots

● Experience using RAG base approaches
● Understanding of financial concepts and investing would be a big plus but not required
Job Requirements :
- Candidate should have 2-5 years of regular working experience.
- Must have expertise in React js, Redux, MongoDB, MySql, NoSQL.
- Must have done multiple projects using React js, Redux, with Cross browser/device compatibility.
- Good knowledge of events handling in client-side and server-side.
- Good knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git/bitbucket
- Good logical and mathematical programming skills.
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- This is a front-line Sales position in the ESA Cards Sales team, and is responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through consultative. selling of our card’s products via defined channels of acquisition [Retail, Corporate, Venue-sales].
- Prospecting for new customers through existing leads and cold calling and maximizing lead generation.
- Timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & any self-generated leads.
- Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions.
- Set appointments, listen to customer needs, and sell the most appropriate product.
- Researches and understands prospects before making the call.
- Ensures all applications are fully and accurately completed, and submitted properly.
- Be the interface between Annex and the customer to resolve any application processing issues.
- Drive the on-boarding of new customers and initiate spend enablement activities.

About the job
o Candidate will be in leading role to thoroughly understand client requirements and expedite functional and technical design for the overall planning solution; lead team of experienced and novice to deliver solutions meeting client expectations.
o Candidate must be well versed with Feedstock ranking (Indifference), Rolling Plans, Back-casting, configuration selection and plant debottlenecking studies, update of multi-period, multi-plant linear programming models.
o Candidate should have worked in Refinery and Petrochemical companies (in Production Planning, Technical Services division) and /or delivered Planning solution to Oil and Gas clients in consulting assignments.
o Candidate should have knowledge of refinery / petrochemicals plant configurations, their economics, blending operations, yield accounting, crude blending, product distribution, crude arrival sequencing.
• Responsible for end-to-end selection process – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, background verification etc. in accordance with TCM recruitment strategy
• Understand company, competitors, market place
• Map requirement, role criteria, define position description, skill specification • Locate, identify and track potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc
• Create detailed candidate profile summaries for each candidate presented
