Job Title: Data Analyst – Business & Pricing Strategy
Location: Sector-V, Kolkata
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong business acumen, deep knowledge in mathematics and statistics, and hands-on experience in pricing analysis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting large datasets to provide strategic insights and drive data-informed decisions, particularly in the areas of competitive pricing and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse market trends and competitor pricing models to inform pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key business metrics.
- Use statistical techniques and mathematical models to identify patterns, correlations, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Finance to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Build pricing models to assess the impact of pricing changes and support profitability.
- Clean, structure, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives with data-driven inputs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analytics, with a strong understanding of pricing strategies and business analysis.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python/R, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong mathematical and statistical skills with hands-on experience in predictive modelling and data mining techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Travel & Tourism industry will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a competitive pricing or strategy-focused role.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, regression analysis, and market basket analysis.
- Familiarity with financial modelling and ROI analysis.

As a customer success manager your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by developing effective customer service procedures, implementing customer loyalty programs, and Improve customer experience and customer satisfaction (Customer Love metrics)
Responsibilities
- Be the single point of contact for all your customers from the time they sign the contract.
- Establish a trusted relationship with them and help them succeed with QDC through product adoption and delivering value promised.
- Understand the customer’s goals, org structure, key challenges, and define their success.
- Work with sales and on-boarding team to plan and execute a seamless customer on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth ‘go live’.
- Identify customer insights and pain points and help shape the product roadmap by providing active feedback to the product team.
- Proactively identifying and prioritizing resources and effort according to perceived risk, potential growth, strategic value and renewal timeframe, making sure subscriptions are renewed timely.
- Monitor at-risk customer behavior and carry out activities to retain them.
- Own churn and expansion for all your accounts.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and contact customers for upsells.
- Work towards turning customers into advocates of QDC.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to build customer case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
