Requirements:

• Relevant experience in E-com.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Expert-level analytical and problem-solving skills, including using measurement and analysing large datasets to gain insights and drive business decision.
• Ability to think strategically.
• Demonstrated ability to lead product and merchandising decision-making and customer user journey optimization.
• Ability to execute high level sales volume.
• Demonstrates strong motivation and team building skills.
• Stay up to date on latest SEO trends and technical/algorithm search engine updates.

Responsibilities:

• Create content recommendations to gain organic traffic
• Track, report, and analyse website analytics
• Work with client development teams to ensure that SEO best practices
• Work with client teams to drive SEO in content creation and development.
• Consistently improve the customer journey and optimize the conversion rate throughout website through close collaboration with the design.
• Maximize revenue through diligent management of the products/categories/campaigns across the website.
• Maintain a strong market knowledge of sector rivals and trends to influence the delivery of the best and most profitable offering on the website.
• Collaborate with content/copy teams to provide keywords and phrases for optimal SEO performance of published content across all channels.
• Analyse and report lead provider/Lead aggregator performance to increase sales.

Key responsibilities:



Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.



Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust

pipeline of opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and

leveraging your network.



Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.



Research and build relationships with new clients.



Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice

leaders/Principles.



Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the

client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.



Participate in pricing the solution/service.



Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through

differences to a positive conclusion. Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate

appropriately.



• To perform requirement analysis and oversee the implementation of architectures of project scope

• 4+ years of experience
• Excellent technical skill on Salesforce or similar applications which include building customized applications using JAVA, MIcroservices, Apex classes and Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Apex Jobs, Lightning Component, Integration, Process Builder or configure components/Flexi pages to implement expected functionality.
• Worked with different tools like Copado, Data loader, Jira, VS Code, Eclipse, SonarQube, etc.
• Able to Manage deployment activities, code review, and deployment using data loader
• Implementation of Entitlement and Milestones, platform events, visual flows, etc.
• Implement web services using REST API/SOAP API.
• Inbound / Outbound Integration.
• Involvement in Solution designing and Estimations.
• Create Email Templates, Page Layouts, Record Types, Custom Fields, Lightning Record Pages, etc.
• Performed pre-deployment and post-deployment activities.
• Experience in Workflows, custom metadata
• Implementing DevOps in Enterprise application
• For Support Developer – Problem-solving mindset

Design and develop robust services in coordination with front-end developers, ensuring the production and development of high-quality and well-tested code

Design, develop and test features alongside other technical departments

Lead the department in the design, development, deployment, and operation of services used by our users

Optimise APIs for any applications while creating and maintaining unit tests for new code as well as fix defects

Participate in the continuous integration of automated builds and deployments, ensuring that deliverables meet functional and design requirements and specifications of the site/software. Work with engineering leadership in solving and architecting solutions for challenging or complex site/software development issues.
