We're building a short-form vertical video news app for people done with shout-fest news. You'll design the actual screens millions will scroll.

What you'll do

• Design feed, story, and onboarding screens in Figma, mobile-first, vertical video native
• Turn rough product ideas into clickable prototypes fast
• Sit with the founding team, ship, get feedback, iterate
• Own small features end to end, not just pixels

What we're looking for

• A portfolio with at least one real app or product interface
• Comfort in Figma and a bias for speed over polish-paralysis
• You use short-form apps daily and have opinions on why they work
• You can defend a design choice, not just make it pretty

JOB PROFILE:

Education: BE Civil

Planning

Key Skills:

1)Planning

    Prepare master project schedule

    Keep project team updated on the progress versus timelines

    Tracking all schedules weekly

    Identify actual and potential slippages and prepare recovery plans

2)Document Control

    Maintain records for all documents pertaining to the site – drawing transmittals, DBR, MOM, approvals etc

    Organize and conduct review meetings

    Preparing & circulating weekly & monthly progress report

3)QS &Billing

    Valuation of works done periodically and certification of all vendor bills

    Track cost variation in order value

    Monitor basic price of various materials and track budgets

    Monitor and report cost performance through Earned Value

Other Skills: 

4) Good Communication Skills

 Must have experience in Residential Projects

 High end Villas development projects preferred
