Job Title: Deployment Lead (Python, Linux, AWS) 

Location: Coimbatore

Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Deployment Lead to oversee the end-to-end deployment lifecycle of our applications and services. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, strong Linux administration skills, and hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering, DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure reliable, repeatable, and scalable deployments across multiple environments. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and manage deployment activities for all application releases across development, staging, and production environments. 
• Develop and maintain deployment automation, scripts, and tools using Python and shell scripting. 
• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline). 
• Oversee Linux server administration, including configuration, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security hardening. 
• Design, implement, and maintain AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, RDS, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation/Terraform). 
• Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK. 
• Collaborate with developers to improve code readiness for deployment and production reliability. 
• Manage environment configurations and ensure consistency and version control across environments. 
• Lead incident response during production issues; conduct root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes. 
• Establish and enforce best practices for deployment, configuration management, and operational excellence. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience in deployment engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering roles. 
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation and tooling. 
• Advanced experience with Linux systems administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, Amazon Linux). 
• Hands-on work with AWS cloud services and infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation or Terraform). 
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes. 
• Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and automated deployment strategies. 
• Familiarity with networking concepts: DNS, load balancers, VPCs, firewalls, VPN, and routing. 
• Expertise with monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to lead troubleshooting efforts. 
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 

Requirements

• Senior SD4 engineer/Principal Engineer/ Architect who has led or been part of platform teams inside a large/mid tech company
• Deep expertise working with any of the programming languages to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code.Python experience is a bonus - but not required
• Good understanding of REST APIs and the web in general and ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion
• Experience with Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Load Balancing
• Experience in building a platform team on AWS for Product based companies/start-ups

What You’ll Do

• Build the core technology platform, including Automated provisioning of infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring of services
• Build a central services directory within an organization that shows the cost and health of all services and makes the management of microservices extremely easy
• This involves working with core infrastructure and understanding them in great detail - like Kubernetes, ServiceMesh, Service security
• Mentor/coach engineers to facilitate their development and provide technical leadership

Python Developer

6-8 Years

Mumbai

N.p only immediate or who is serving LwD is 1st week of july.

• Python knowledge: object-oriented programming: inheritance, abstract classes, dataclass, dependency injection, design patterns: comand-query, repository, adapter, hexagonal architecture, swagger/Open API, flask, connexion
• Experience on AWS services: lambda, ecs, sqs, s3, dynamodb, auroradb
• Experience with following libraries boto3, behave, pytest, moto, localstack, docker
• Basic knowledge about terraform, gitlab ci
• Experience with SQL DB

• 5 years experience with the Django framework
• Experience with building APIs (REST or GraphQL) 
• Strong Troubleshooting and debugging skills
• React.js knowledge would be an added bonus 
• Understanding on how to use a database like Postgres (prefered choice), SQLite, MongoDB, MySQL.
• Sound knowledge of object-oriented design and analysis.
• A strong passion for writing simple, clean and efficient code.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Git.

Experience:

• Min 5 year experience
• Startup experience is a must. 

Location:

• Remote developer

Timings:

• 40 hours a week but with 4 hours a day overlapping with client timezone.  Typically clients are in California PST Timezone.

Role Description:

As a Lead Backend Engineer , you will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems for Radiusagent. Experience as a Tech Lead, managing tasks with back-end engineers while coding themselves will be a bonus point for the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities will include-

• You will contribute to all aspects of an agile software development lifecycle including design, architecture, development, documentation, testing, and operations.
• You will build cutting-edge scalable systems by writing simple and efficient code.
• You will push your design and architecture limits for new product development.
• You will ensure compliance with the build/release and configuration management process.

Skills needed:

• be able to design and build modules from ground up
• proficient in any one programming language out of php/golang/node/python/javascript/java/ruby and ability to pick up others
• experience with mysql/postgres/mongodb/couchdb
• experience  with redis/memcached
• experience with rabbitmq / kafka
• experience in having written cron jobs, troubleshooting downtime
• ability to work with ambiguous requirements
• good understanding of OS concepts
