As a Tech Lead - MERN Stack Development, we are looking for programming geeks who are proactive and passionate about technology, coding and with 5 years of engineering experience to help us build our world-class Team of MERN Stack Developers.

What are the Key Responsibilities:

What are we looking for:

• 3+ Years of work experience as a Python Developer
• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework: Django
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (Elastic search, MongoDB)
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka will give you an edge over others
• Good understanding of the operating system and networking concepts

Key Objectives/Responsibilities of this Role:

• Understand the UI needs, backend design and data design and create the backend code for the same

• Collaboration with other team members (Architect, UI, backend developers, DBA, Data analytics team) to work in coherence
• Working experience into Agile and scrum methodologies

The person will have the opportunity to design and build an early stage, rapidly evolving platform from scratch and carry out these primary responsibilities -

* Optimize components for maximum performance across multiple devices and browsers
* Write performant REST APIs for both internal and external consumption
* Build micro services and their deployment process
* Work with problems of scale, leveraging technologies that are distributed in nature.
* Perform code reviews

• Implementation of the overall web architecture

Skills

• At least four years experience with:
• Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on the latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JQUERY
• A relevant back-end programming language e.g., C# .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, .NET Core
• Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
• Server management and deployment for the relevant environment preferably on Azure.
• Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework—both front-end and back-end, if necessary— e.g., Angular, React
• Ideally, familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries
• Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficiency with Git or any other configuration management systems.
• Appreciation for clean and well-documented code
• Experience with third-party controls like Sync Fusion Controls / Telerik
