Key Responsibilities

2-5 years of experience is a must

Should be hands on in all aspects of IT Recruitment (Sourcing, screening, coordinating, negotiation, on-boarding etc)

Searching for and Approaching Suitable Candidates.

Running Job Ads To Attract Applicants.

Managing the Interview, Assessment, and Shortlisting Processes.

Maintaining a Database.

Preferably from corporate hiring background.

Coaching and Mentoring Junior Recruiters.

Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

Good team player.

Education:-

Bachelors or Equivalent

• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
• Interacting with stakeholders and clients for understanding requirements, drafting JDs, interviews and negotiating results (where necessary).
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Negotiating salaries and joining dates.
• Onboarding.

Screening the resumes and selecting a big number for the first round of interview

Scheduling the shortlisted candidates for further rounds with line managers

Managing various profiles and updating the candidate tracker

Creating and managing databases of employee information, including contact details and employment forms

Responsibilities

• Identify and Source candidates with matching skills and experience as specified in the requirements
• Interview and qualify shortlisted candidates to confirm suitability (technical, administrative and personal), attitude, honesty and reliability
• Confirm that the chosen candidates are willing to be deputed to work at our clients’ premises
• Build confidence and trust in the candidates that they are our team and full-time employees
• Follow-up with candidates by sharing with and obtaining from the candidates all information promptly and periodically throughout the recruitment process

Geographical Coverage: Pan India

Work Hours: 6 Days Week except Second Saturday

• Strong sourcing skills
• Have 3+ years of direct experience in a high-growth, high-volume environment
• Have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
• Have experience in diversity sourcing, creating and implementing sourcing strategies, and training team members on sourcing techniques
• Are able to build rapport quickly with different stakeholders and communicate effectively within all levels of the organization

Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.

• Must have full life cycle experience of US Staffing
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
• Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
• Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
• Must have strong command on English (oral, written).
• Willing to work in Night Shift Monday to Friday (7.30 PM - 4:30 AM IST).
