Role Overview:

As Technical Product Manager, you will support the product team in delivering innovative solutions for the BFSI sector. You’ll work closely with developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the needs of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 4-6 years of experience looking to develop their career in product management within the fintech and RegTech space.

Key Responsibilities

●Assist in the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch analysis.

●Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market needs, customer pain points, and regulatory trends.

●Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

●Work closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

●Assist in the prioritization of product backlogs based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.

●Monitor product performance and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

●Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and risks.

●Support the creation of technical and product documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

●2-4 years of experience in product management, required in BFSI or fintech.

●Understanding of the BFSI sector and regulatory requirements is a plus.

●Experience working with APIs and knowledge of API management is required.

●Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

●Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

●Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

●Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

●Exposure to AI, fintech, and/or API management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

●Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

As a Node.js Developer at Primathon Technology, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications using Node.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features, optimize existing functionality, and ensure the best possible performance, security, and user experience. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

2. Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to implement new features and enhance existing functionality.

3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

4. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency within the development team.

5. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and other challenges. 6. Implement security and data protection measures, ensuring the application's compliance with industry standards.

7. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Node.js Developer

. 3. Proficient in server-side JavaScript programming using Node.js.

4. Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, including Promises and async/await.

5. Experience with RESTful API development and integration.

6. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) is a plus.

7. Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data modeling.

8. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

9. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Job Description

Technical lead who will be responsible for development, managing team(s), monitoring the tasks / sprint. They will also work with BA Persons to gather the new requirements and change request. They will help solve application issues and helping developers when they are stuck.

Responsibilities

·       Design and develop application based on the architecture provided by the solution architects.

·       Help team members and co developers to achieve their tasks.

·       Maintain / monitor the new work items and support issues and have to assign it to the respective developers.

·       Communicate with BA persons and Solution architects for the new requirements and change requests.

·       Resolve any support tickets with the help of your team within service timelines.

·       Manage sprint to achieve the targets.

Qualifications/Skills Desired:
