🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Manager – HR Operations to own HR Ops end-to-end (excluding Talent Acquisition). This role enables leadership to focus on growth by running HR systems, processes, and compliance smoothly at scale.

• Own end-to-end HR Operations
• Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding → payroll → exits
• Handle payroll, compliance, and vendor coordination

Social Media Manager:

Prerequisites:

- Experience: 5 years of experience in Social Media Department and 2 years as social media manager

- Skills: Proficient in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Optimization (SMO).

- Content Strategy: Strong experience in strategizing content for social media and developing content calendars.

- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze social media metrics and insights to improve performance.

- Creativity: Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

Team Management:

- Brand Partnerships & Collaboration:

- Manage brand tie-ups, collaborations, and influencer partnerships to increase brand visibility and engagement.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless campaign execution.

Content Creation & Planning:

- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand’s voice.

- Oversee the development of monthly content calendars and ensure all content is on-brand, consistent, and engaging.

Paid Campaigns & Reporting:

- Oversee and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum performance.

- Track campaign metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI, providing detailed reports and actionable insights for improvement.

Social Media Optimization (SMO):

- Implement best practices for Social Media Optimization to improve organic engagement and visibility.

Requirements:

• Design and development of digital and Analog electronics for control of high-power electronics systems.

• Start to finish ownership of control boards and other electronics – from specification to design, prototype, and manufacturing.

• Collaborative work with mechanical, digital control, thermal design, and manufacturing test engineers.

• Product level electrical design including component selection, branch circuit design, and insulation coordination. Schematic & PCB layout design

• Experience with high current power semiconductor selection (IGBTs, MOSFETs, and Diodes), gate drive, and protection circuit design.

• Familiar with schematic capture and power converter circuit simulation tools.

• Experience in the selection and use of DSPs, microcontrollers, and programmable logic devices and their peripheral circuitry (signal conditioning, board-level power supplies).

• Experience in supervision of PCB layout for minimal stray inductance and capacitance, placement strategies for better manufacturability, power/signal plane definition, and EMC optimization.

• Knowledge of environmental, reliability, and safety requirements for Automotive, Industrial & Residential applications.

• Collaborate with BMS HW/FW engineering team to successfully to design, validate and deploy testing tools
